I got a call from the customer on olx telling that they want to buy the books, first, they asked me to send 534 rupees for them to send it back, like that itself they asked me to send 4999 rupees. I believed them and sent it, they haven't sent it back to me yet. I registered a complaint with the cyber crime center. what do I do now?

Usne parcel charges bhi khud bhare and army parcel divison ki slip bhi bheji usne yo 2150 google pay se return mange and maine recipt milne ke bad pay kar diye. Usne and mohammed kaif ne army parcel center nashik se call kiya and bataya ki aapka parcel nikal chuka hai and aapke pass evening tak pohach jayge evening 6.30 pm army transportation ke delivery person (2 th pic) ne call kiya ki aapko security deposit dena hoga gadi handover karne ke liye firse 5100 rs charges pay karne hoge aasa bola and maine army transportation ke paytm number ke account me transfer kar diye and abhi yo done bande call and massage ka answer nahi kar rahe hai..
Ye bande indian army ke id card and unke photos whatsapp pe dp rakh kar fraude kar rahe hai and sochne wali bat to ye hai ki inke pass army ke document kaha se atte hai...
Sir / madam plz resolve karo because indian army pe lok bharosa karte hai and inke jaise logo ke fraud ka shikar bante hai...

I posted an OLX add to sell a fridge and I got a call from a person named Vikas Patel claiming he’s from Indian army and he wants to buy the fridge for his family. I called him the next day to confirm that if he still wants to buy it and he was still offering me ₹25, 000 and asked me to download BHIM app to transfer the money as he said he can only transfer money via whats app. While he was on call I had sent a request for ₹20, 000 which he declined after a minute or two I got a request for ₹20, 000 and he told me to accept it and enter the 6 digit UPI pin which I got. I trusted that guy and didn’t read that he asked me to pay instead and the money was gone I asked him to pay my money back and he said it will come back within 15-20 min and I waited but not a single rupee came back. I called him again and asked again he said it’s connection issue and asked again for more money but till that time I got to know that he’s a fraud and I declined the request. After that he asked me to give him my Paytm password but I didn’t. I was fooled by this person. I raised a complaint in the bank. Please be aware and never trust anyone easily it is dangerous. He even sent me his ID on whatsapp. Maybe the ID was also fake. Stay aware from such crimes and fraud l.
