I bought aristocrat bags from India and when I bought they gave me warranty card and said, if there will be any problem with bags, we will be able to get replacement of bags outside India.
Recently, I contacted support team, and mentioned my problem that my bags are not rolling properly. And they said, they will send replacement at Indian address and toolkit at International address.
and said, fix bags ourself.

I bought a Carlton Laptop bag on 20/11/2018 from Carlton counter of Shoppers Stop at South City Mall, Kolkata. Bag EAN is[protected] and the transaction no. is 944/119/128. It cost me a good sum of 8, 100 INR. I went for it because it was sold to me as a pure leather bag which is supposed to have nearly a lifetime longevity.
However, to my utter surprise, the bag has started deteriorating right after 4 years. In fact, had there not been two years Covid periods (when I did not use the bag at all) it would have deteriorated much before, within a couple of years after buying - within warranty period.
I went to Carlton shop and wrote to VIP Customer Care, for replacement or repair - both refused to do anything citing that the product is not within warranty period. A leather bag of this range cannot last only till the warranty ends. that is not acceptable.

I order on bag cost Rs. 1875 from the "Vipbags.com" partner website "Skybags.co.in" at 30 Oct 2021 and paid amount using credit card. But they did not dispatch the bag for long time. So I canceled the order at 5th Nov 2021. But they did not credit my money back till now. Almost 25 days over. Only website working. They take amount. But they did not do any work.
