Sir, i booked mobile redmi note 4 via internet through my hdfc credit card on 25.8.2017 to viral deal and i got sms that my order no. Is #[protected]. When i tried to contact customer care [protected] the number is not responding. When i checked viraldeal website it is showing my epayment is received by the company. Till today, i did not receive redmi note 4 mobile or got refunded my amount back. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the mobile or refund the amount from viraldeal. My viral deal detail

I ordered for redme note 4 in viral deals on 09/09/2017 through my sbi credit card on 09/09/2017 order no[protected] but they delivered me maxfone opal ii i have already complained to them on 15/9/2017 till now no response i request consumer authorities to take strong action against this false viral deals and get money back otherwise i have no option complain to cyber crimes police.
