I kindly request All my humble request is to not to fall in trap of vision pride real estate developers who hired innocents guys are placing them in various shopping malls & Filling coupons later they are called by Specially trained tele callers informing that they were lucky winners couples on their company anniversary. Inviting them to their office located at raj Bhavan road to collect the gifts..

once they reach the office again they have well trained sales manager who having wide experience in cheating by telling fake stories like domestic holidays & various membership offers...All the employees who are associated with vision pride real estate developers are earlier cheated lots of innocent couples in COUNTRY VACATIONS, GLOBAL TAJ PRIDE SERVICES, ELITON INFRA SERVICES, FEEL IN AIR INFRA SERVICES, SUCCES INFRA SERVICES & GREEN BAY PRIDE SERVICES WHICH is at Vishakhapatnam...All employees are earlier cheating back ground...Santosh Kumar, Vamshi Krishna & Naresh Kumar also cheating by telling fake stories I'm paid total amount 4 years back till date i don't have position of my plot & they not even fulfill single promises made by these frauds..

Me & My Husband also Invited in same manner informed that we are lucky winners of their company 11 th anniversary in the month of july 2019.we are also asked to attend the presentation then only they will hand over the Gifts so we attended the same...They started explaining about their company membership, Well care health cards, celebrity club passes, domestic & international holidays & Finally Comes up with DTCP approved Open Plots for Rupees 2, 30, 000/- for 110 square yards with all developments & Vision pride life membership.

Trusted their words & Made payment of rs 30, 000/- immediately on 26/07/2019 & Requesting to show our plot position till date they not showed but demanding more money from us...They also provided membership no vpisMO1137.

From past 3 years they are not showing our plot position nor developments every time they comes up with new excuses...

We even told them that will lodge police complaint they are asking us to do & TREATNING us they will not give refund if we approach police station...

Hi im Uma Mohan Customer of vision pride real estate developers cheated me in same way they invited us in the name of lucky draw copoun and trapped us with DTCP Open plot at yadagirigutta ...

Saying that they have DTCP Apprioved layout but belive it or not they dont have any permissions from concern authorities and registered in the name of mine...with document no..4537/2020 ...Recently we went to see our plot we are in shocked that there was no single development promised by them every thing is fraud...Request to all dont trust this company its completely fraud & recently we came to know that they are involved in various frauds in various companies...both the Partners of Vision pride real estate developers .Fraud no 1 santosh kumar & Fraud no 2 Vamsi Krishna Earlier they cheated lots of innocent couples in Country vacations & Global taj pride services...

Also we came to know that they are managing Local police officers & some local politicians they are running this Business in heart of hyderabad...

Request to all we should form one group and rause the issue with concern authorities for Justice other wise these frauds are also escape with innocent people money...

Vision Pride Real estate developers Earlier Vision pride Infra Services are both same companies ...Both Santosh & vamshi krishna earlier cheated lots of innocent people in global taj pride services & Slowly started this new companies here also same funda...Same story ...same cheating...

they will collect data at various shopping Malls & Public places by spending Public money & calling them that they won Gifts on their Company anniversary...Just ask these frauds how many days they will celebrates the anniversary...

once you reached their office they will tell U & Force you to attend 45 minutes programme...and they will try to impress with lots of fake & false promises...So you can be trapped easily and paid some amount to them ...once you made the payment then they will show you their professionlisam...

They are big frauds dont invest single ruppe in this company one day these Frauds also fled away by collect huge Amounts from innocent people.

They told us to attend tghe 30 minutes seminar and collect the Gifts ...Later they explained about the Club membership, Health card, Domestic & International Holidays, , , Fianlly with DTCP open Plot ...My Native place is Warangal they offered me open plot @ Alair Village ...

They way they inviting innocent couples i had lot of doubts about their company & I started enquring about them ...Lots of shocking facts came to light that both the partners of Vision pride real estate developers are earlire associated with Global taj pride services and cheated lots of innocent couples in same manner ...im attaching santosh Kumar Id Card...

Now they try to show that they are innocent guys...they dont know any thing bout these scams...

Trust me please dont trust these frauds they will tell lots of fake stories and try to convinence you to make the paymensts...

Please dont invest single ruppe in these fraud compaines...you will loose your hard earned money which you are saving for your Future...

When they reached there office to collects the gifts they forced them to attend the 45 minutes programme which they explained about their ventures which are located 70 kms far away from city .Recently i came across with one of my friend Still they not given position in kacaharam village from past 2 years .This is how they...

Vision pride real estate developers they call couples to grab Money from them in the name of membership, Holidays & plots & They will give you one bowl set cost you 40 rupees with good gift packing and one silver foil frame cost you 35 rupees, Latest they are also giving one cheap sanitizer bottle cost you 5 rupees They call several couples at a Time and manage to sit them in one hall with music system with songs so they can Trap you in middle they will clap and announce that customer won holiday package to next table ...Seeing all those you will think that its good company. There is a team well Trained by professional Cheaters Like Santosh kumar & Vamshi krishna...Real story starts from there. Every time you visit they will tell lots of fake stories regarding Registrations...These guys are habituated cheating customers in the name of open plots and Hoildays as said by shafi Ahamed...Request to contact him for Any help to recover yopur Amount...
