They just say your order would be at your resident in 4-5 days but this is a false claim because its been 20 days and my order didn’t recived yet and they dont reply please dont order any thing from visionary pirate and their workers are ### they dont even reply dont order from Here

    So they kept messaging me to buy, and gave me at cheap price, and the delivery came with the watch which stops working every 2 mins, and I texted them immediately and they weren’t replying!
    After few hours they asked me for unboxing video and then they said they will repair it if you send the product to them!
    They won’t replace it
    This is such a fraud thing
    They should be filed upon!
    I hope someone does take action.

      I ordered by trusting theses guys and then was told to pay 1000 extra... Firstly I was told that I will get canva subscribtion for free... Which they refuse to give... I didn't get any portal to check my order.
      The very same day I ordered, i asked to cancel they won't give my money back.

      And now i am not receiving any response from them nor do they pick my calls... They took 3000 from me, and haven't received any product yet.

        My order details is given below:

        Price : Rs.899.00
        Order ID: #131776
        Payment Method: PayUMoney Checkout
        Payment id:[protected]

        Order date: 18/11/2016

        I have ordered you for GOLDEN TO AQUA CLUBMASTER 1ST EDITION SUNGLASSES (Order id-#131776) on 18/11/2016. The order is still not placed. As told by your representative on whatsapp the order is cancelled as the product is not available.They told to contact Payumoney for the refund. But Payumoney said that order is still not cancellled from the merchant i.e Visionary Pirate so to contact the merchant only for the refund and to have contact with them through "[protected]@1visionary.com". Then gradually I opted the 1st option for refund of my amount to contact them with phone on "+91-[protected]". But unfortunately they are intentionally not receiving the call, sometimes also they intentionally disconnect for not answering my call .I had tried hard during 2 long days approx 70-80 times. Also tried to contact them by their email id's "[protected]@1visionary.com" and "[protected]@visionarypirate.com". But as usual it was another fake hopefully. Now, I am frustrated and really feeling helpless. They are trying to cheat from people like us. I hope it can be resolved through you.
        This is my gentle request to you kindly help refund me the money accordingly, else Definitely I will opt the help of Consumer Forum WITH AN URGENT EFFECT.
        Expecting your gentle and a rapid feedback in this regard.
