I ordered fitsense SW smart watch on 10 October and got delivery on 18 October 2022. I received a glass jar inside parcel. This company is fraud and duping innocent people.pls refund my money back.

I have ordered the Fitstar watch after reading an article through MSN.com
Now i feel paid news which comes in MSN also is fraud. I ordered the watch after reading the article which said this has built in BP measuring as well.
When i ordered the watch, luckily I gave the option of Pay on delivery.
The watch was promised to be delivered after 2 weeks. Then while on the last few days, the shiprocket ( another big fraud shipping company) started giving delayed dates saying various reasons, like delay in transit and it showed trip as covering most of northern states. Then it suddenly displayed that the packet is lost. My order ID is 3898.
As i was prudent enough not to pay it in advance, i was saved. !
This company should be banned and the shipping company along with the msn who tie up with this nexus should be brought to day light.

They are doing online fraud by showing adds of smartwatch. I paid them online but got empty box.

Need to stop them so others will not be victim of this fraud.

I have ordered a fitsence smartwatch on 09/07/22 and I received some little box filled with stone on 15/07/22 it was fake item vista technologies was cheated on my order delevered a fake product..

I went on the Microsoft Edge Browser just now and found out that there are many suckers like me who saw the ad while browsing the news feed on msn.com. The ad by Vista Technologies showed this fitstar smartwatch and said it was better than anything available on amazon.
I got fooled and placed order on Apr 28 2022 and paid thru Google Pay UPI to Razorpay which was their payment gateway. The Debit went thru my bank from Google Pay UPI. The Shipment was thru ShipRocket / Delhivery. Both Vista and ShipRocket kept sending me messagese everyday from Apr 28 to May 5 2022, saying my order is processed, packed, picked, moved reached x, y, z locations etc. Finally, the package was delivered on May 5, when I received the delivery token from ShipRocket and entered it in the delivery person's phone.
Everything looked straightforward and legal, till I opened the package and found worthless plastic bangles. The package had an address and a cell phone number[protected]. When I called the number, I got a msg that this is an internal group number valid only for outgoing calls and cannot receive any calls. There was a +[protected]. When I dialled this number, it was an international call in San Francisco, where it kept ringing.
After this, realizing that i have been defrauded, I registered complaints with Google Pay, my Bank, RazorPay gateway, ShipRocket etc in addition to the merchant Fitstar itself. Everyone politely washed their hands off, saying I contacted them willingly and so they have NO LIABILITY. They said the only relief is if I make an FIR with Police, Crime Branch etc. I am an ordinary citizen an I do not want to go thru any more hassles. So if you are able to act on this fraud company as a Govt Authority, liquidate the company and bring the fraudsters to book and refund my hard-earned money, I will be grateful.
