Mene visu finance se koi loan nahi liya fir bhi cibil me bata raha hi... Account no 6734hi...pending amount 118 rs bTa raha hi ...aap ye closed kijiye ...mere cibil damage ho raha hi ...pls...

I have applied for the personal loan through incred.com, they have asked for my document, i have provided to them.
Now they have transferred the money to my account without any information, such as interest rate, emi, pre closure rate, service fee, any thing, they didn't told me anything. Even dint get y confirmation.
