When I checked my Cibil through transunion it is showing outstanding of Rs.7 from Visufin finance in the loan section which i had never taken. This is affecting my cibil and I need no due certificate immediately to process my education loan. Please take immediate action.

My name is Mohana Krishnan, Pan number is BNPPM7615E. I see an unknown loan from VISUFIN listed in CIBIL and it is hugely impacting my cibil score due to its non-payment. I never heard of such finance company nor taken such loan. Kindly help to resolve this as soon as possible. I attached screenshots from my CIBIL for reference.

I have took a loan of 5000 in visufin in 2019 with loan account number LXHYD[protected] and paid it but it shows there an overdue amount of 4 rupees which has negative impact on my cibil please remove that and solve my issue or let me know the way to pay it

Hi team I found outstanding balance overdue of ₹4 in account for a loan that I haven't requested and got from Visufin. I even checked my transaction history from that date was not able to find any this is affecting my cibil score please do have a look into it and rectify it...

I was taken 4000 rupees loan
And paid total money ...
In CIBIL report showing 4 rupees late payment because my CIBIL SCORE is Decreased .
So Close my account
Personal loan account :-

LXHYD[protected] Rs.8000/-
LXHYD[protected] Rs.4000/-

Total amount was Paid...

Its showing overdue my account by 19 rs only
But i not get any update for same
