One of the worst travel agency came across so far, request none to chose them as they are not worth.
We had booked Tirupati package for 3 from Chennai, travel dated 9th November’22 and due to heavy rains In city we decided to cancel the travel plan.
We called the travel agency on 2nd Nov requesting for cancel/reschedule our trip as we paid almost 6000₹ for this trip and they said they would get back on same. We have been trying reaching them for a week now & there is no single or answer to our calls/messages following up with worst customer service of not answering our calls..
Forget about refund they dint even mind responding to our calls and messages. Unfortunately this is the second time we are having bad experience with this agency!
Once you pay them forget about your money as it never comes back no matter you take their service or no!!

I booked two days tirupati darshan with this travel agent. He asked charges of rs 6600 which includes 2 days car rent, permits, batas and special darshan tickets of rs 300 each for two adults. As i was traveling with two children, i want to be sure that i got pre specified time slot for entry and travel agent confirmed me that twice in watsup message.
But after reaching tirupati next day morning driver informed that booking is not confirmed and we need to go for free darshan line. We were left without any option and the travel agent simply told that booking not possible as ttd cancelled booking due to heavy rush. He arguing that even though he promised but he cannot deliver the service.
I want he should compensate me for the mental and physical truama our family had gone through.
