I “Uma Pati Tripathi” got admitted in private ward(room no 104) registration no. 009874 in your hospital at vivekanand polyclinic on 22th of Jan 2016. it was a operation of gallbladder(due to some stone) case. I have taken all tests in the hospital. Specially thier ultrasound machine/doctor are giving wrong reports as they are given in my reports for lever. Due to their wrong report, my operation was not happen. There are very bad process to admission and test of patients. Their steps, which are happen with me is that I have got admitted in hospital at 22th Jan 2016. No doctor was come to check any reports before operation day/time. On 23 jan 2016, after waiting 4 hours in operation theater doctors said that there is problem in your lever. So we can not operate at this time. You should take medicine for lever first. There is the type of services given to take care of the patient was third class as well on asking for some thing the attitude of the nurses and the staff is totally irritating. I was paying for the services offered by hospital but the attitude of the people working here is as KHAIRATI HOSPITAL. I was thinking that the hospital was having a good reputation and services so i got her admitted but after feeling the nerve of the administration i will never visit this hospital nor i will advice any one, as the services given to me are to totally diminishing the name and fame of the Ram Krishna trust and Vivekanand Polyclinic. It is too expensive hospital. For compare to ultrasound reports, I have attached 3 reports of within in months.

        REMINDER

My mother, Mrs. Kamla Devi, was admitted in Vivekananda Polyclinic, Lucknow on 19/07/2007 vide MR. No.: MR/07/074756 and IP NO.: IP/07/009048 for the surgery of left leg under Dr. S. Garg. Post operation tests carried-out at Pathology Lab of Vivekananda Polyclinic. Doctor asked to provide one unit A+ Blood for transfusion on 20/07/2007.

My brother in-law, Mr. Tilak Raj Singh, having A positive Blood Group donated one unit blood for my mother in the morning of July 20,2007. I got marked name of the patient on the bottle and asked Doctor to transfuse only this blood to my mother.

Dr. Garg operated and did surgery on 20/07/2007. During Blood transfusion we noticed that blood donated by Mr. Tilak Raj Singh is not being transfused and it was some other Blood. I asked Doctors; they admitted and confirmed that Blood donated by Mr. Tilak Raj Singh was having good plasma cells, which is very rare. They transfused this Blood to some other patient without any information to us. Doctors did it for their selfishness.

The Blood transfused to my mother was not pure and good; consequently it developed infection in the body. She was re-admitted in Emergency on 31/07/2007 vide IP No.: IP/07/009595 under Dr.N.K.Gupta. Dr. Gupta could not help us and my mother expired on 03/08/2007 at 10:15 PM.

Vivekananda Polyclinic, Lucknow runs under Ramakrishna Mission Sevashram. I have very horrible experience at Vivekananda Polyclinic from admission to dead body take-over. For every work we have to pay to ward boy and sweeper. There is no discipline and administration. It is too expensive hospital. They charged Rs.22,325/- for surgery + Rs.25,000/- medicines purchased from Vivekananda Polyclinic (Pharmacy/Medical Store). The price of medicines at Vivekananda Polyclinic (Pharmacy/Medical Store) is double of the price available at out side medical stores. An antibiotic i.e. Meroperam of MARC company is sold for Rs.2,195/- at Vivekananda Polyclinic Medical Store. Same antibiotic is sold for Rs.1,350/- at out side Medical Stores. Doctors of Vivekananda Polyclinic insist patient to buy medicines from inside medical store only. It seems Doctors have tie-up with Medicine Companies for commission.

I spent total Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) on the treatment of my mother at Vivekananda Polyclinic, Lucknow and in return they handed over me dead body of my mother. I would like to mention again that my mother expired due to infection caused by impure Blood transfusion.

Please take an action on above to stop harassment of poor patients who come to Vivekananda Polyclinic with a word in mind “Ramakrishna Mission Sevashram”.

you should do to the doctor what he did to your swargeeya mataji - do unto others as others do unto you. treat people like DOGS as the place is so populated with poor people and doctors suffer from a god syndrome.
Very bad service. We waited the whole day but the doctor was not made available. on enquiring they kept us saying that doctor will be coming soon but at the end of the day they informed that doctor wont be coming. Such an unprofessional behaviour.
Vivekanand polyclinic service so bad doctor staff all irresponsible they do not want to take any responsibility and not give any attention
Hi, i came to vivekanand polyclinic lucknow regarding ill health of my father. We are waiting here for past 3 hours & the doctor is still not there. We are not expecting such a pathetic service where patients are getting further suffered. We are waiting for doc. Arun Sachdev & there is no information of him being here or the time when he will arrive. These ### are making mockery of the health system & i want immediate action against him.
