I was resistration this company but i dont complete my work because i knew it about company. But by the company i was call and msg and threat me.. I[censored] r not pay for money then i will do the case o[censored]... But i dont have any signatures on the their aggrement... Sir please help me and tooknthe legaly action against this froaud company...

Sir I have applied for this viz technology and they now are harrasing me about money, I paid the fine and extra, now they are asking more amount and telling me they have filed a complaint against me in court asking me more amount.i have been cheated, don't have any amount more please help

On july due to covid i opted for work from home online. They called me viz technology, they sent me digital agreement. Due to some personal reasons i could not finish it. Today i got a call from satish gupta saying he is from maharanipeta police station and an fir has been filed through viz technology and i have to pay the fine etc i paid 6700, then some advocate rupesh sharma has called saying that the agreement is for 11 months and i have to pay 6700 for 11 months or to cancel the agreement 18950 which i paid, he then agin called me and said i have to 24300 for otp signature as i cannot go to maharashtra court which i paid also now he is saying their is a technical issue and i have to pay 32500 more to clear the issue. When i said i cannot he is now threatened me for court case etc. I don't know what to do i putting up all screeen shots sir, please help me i don't have any job now and no money please help sir

I took online work from them to fill 1200 forms in 8 days for which they were to pay me 30000 but when my job was done and i was submitting my work there submit button stopped working...
When i called on there helpline number no on responded i called the guy who gave me my i. D and password he also didn't answer my call... Just sent me message to wait and arey that today i got call that we will go legal or you have to pay 6700 rs for the same... And we're asking me to pay in 30 mins only...
I denied as o don't have money to do so...

I don't know what to do now... If someone has any suggestions pls reply

It's claiming that it is gujarat based company. I have provided my voter id details for registration. They will provide you 1200 forms and 1080 have to correct with 90percent accuracy within 8 days. After completing the work they somehow show "your qc is failed" although your work is correct. But their advocate appears suddenly named as anirudh krishanan. They will ask you to pay money. & if you don't pay then they will send legal notice.

Viz technology have cheated me . Miss manvi from the company called me and asked to do online data entries. She said that i will be given 1200 forms and cut off forms will be 1000, two days back i did the final submission and i got the qc report wherein they have mentioned as qc report fail...I was so confident about my worked so i checked with my original pdf file wherein they have put double spacing and simply increased my mistakes...I have taken photographs of some datas as a proof before submitting and it clearly shows that they r doing mistakes and sending us fake qr report please contact me on [protected] as i am willing to lodge complaint on this fake viz technology...We have to trace them...We cannot get cheated everytime by these fake companies and i dont want anyone to get cheated again...I have got recording of her voice also

Any one face to fraud viz technology (Data entry job work from home)

And not pay any amount after qc failed and not take any action by this company.

Because i have joined this company and my qc report failed

But i'm not understand pay or not pay because this question is my career.

I've applied for this company to do work from home but now i got to know that they are fraud and demanding 6700 as their maintenance fees. I paid the amount now they are threatening to pay more other wise will file a case and the amount will be huge.

I recently got into this trap where they call people to ask if they are interested in some data entry form filling work. They offered me 1200 forms at the rate ₹25 each. The work should have 90% accuracy and they will deduct ₹6, 700 from the total amount (₹30, 000). I was aware that most of the companies are fake but somehow i trusted their fake documents like, business information, pan card, etc.

Then i finally started the work on 29th june, 2020. After the completion, i submitted the work on 7th july, 2020 and got the result within 2 days. I was in shock after looking at the reports on the website. They declared 200 forms as incorrect. And the same morning (9th july, 2020), i got a call from an unknown number that i missed due to some reason and then he called on my father's number. Someone was talking to him in a very rude way saying "dekhlunga tujhe, forms galat fill kare hain, paise dene padenge. Main case file kar raha hun." and more of it in this language. My father wasn't aware of this at all and he was asking in a polite way that tell me what's the whole matter is, why are you talking in such a way. They just keep saying that they will file a case and will see us in court and then he hung up the call.

My father informed me about this and i was so in shock that what kind of people they are. I just saw the reports this morning. Knowing the fact that they have unnecessarily found faults in the forms and they are making threatening calls. I checked my email and found one email in my inbox from "advocate associate" there was nothing about the result. It just having the repeated statements that they will file a case against us, blah blah blah and with some fake legal terms to give it that impact that it is really from an authorized advocate.

This has made me more sure about the company. As far as i know, a company's representative should first contact to let the person know about the result and can ask for the payment at that time with complete explanation and consent. But i got a call directly from some fake advocate "vinay gupta" who doesn't even know how to speak in hindi, forget about english. He called and threatened us.

My temper goes that high that i called him back to know what exactly the matter with him is. On the call, he was even unable to pronounce my name properly. He just keep repeating their threatening script that i have to pay them or else they will file a case against me in the court.

After doing some research, these scamers are using the names of some high profile advocates as they are the one contacting us. I just want to sue this company (Or what should i call it) so that no other person can get into this type of scam.

I totally agree with the complaint submitted by asvin233233. He has explained everything in detail. The same case happened with me, there is just a difference in the names.

These are the people who are involved and using some other person names.

Please be aware of such fraudulent calls and any time of data entry work. If someone is reading this who has an authority to take some legal actions against them, please do the needful. I will really appreciate it.

Ps: there is no address of the company and no address of the fake advocate

I have applied on quickr.com for work from home. I got a call from rozy shah and she told me all the process. Then they took my adhar and signature on plain paper but i gave them my fake signature and again i got a call for verification somehow i felt that something is wrong but during this lockdown i have no money so i proceded then she gave me an id password to complete 1200 forms from that day her number is switched off.. Again i doubted i msg her on whatsapp but no response then i call helpline number she told me to wait for qc report. I done my work on time but i saw my qc report is failed i matched my work, they are totally correct now today i got a mail that they will file a case on me under breach of contract asking me to pay money.

I just got trapped in their scam(VIZ technology) of data entry job that i was looking on quickrr.I got their call and they offered me work of data entry job and I agreed and they gave me deadline of 12 days. I started their work but after few days.Their app stopped running and showing that their server is down and I tried contacting them but they haven't replied me so on the deadline date they called me and said that you breached the agreement of not completing work before deadline and threatened me for paying 12, 500 or they'll file a case against me.And after 1 day I got call from court and informed me that your case has been filed and if you will pay 15, 000, viz technology will take the case back.

they guys have big team for doing fraud online first they provide job and give u some data and id to work only then ask for registaration charges like 6 k or 8 k i[censored] dont pay them they send u legal notice by their gmail id like [protected]@gmail.com [protected]@gmail.com.
i am mentioning the number also so u can save ur money or documents too dont share with them.

I m also one of those who got trapped in this scam. This is a fraud company giving data entry jobs via quiker.com. They called me and gave the work and to complete this work within 7 days and said that they will pay Rs.30, 000. As a received the id and password i started my work but on 2nd day the site got blocked and when i send them the mail i got no response from there helpline. An after 8 days they started threatening me by asking me to pay a penalty of 12900 or otherwise they will file a case against me.
So i request all o[censored]s to expose them as some people are really getting trapped.

Now then one day have call to ask my personal details (Resume, adhar card, mobile, email) for registration process for this job

I have also to send all my personal information to name as Anjali Sharma in what'saap after one message receive for confirmation and also give me

one agreement for related job

after complete my work i have to call Anjali Sharma for given my salary and say that to one call receive for payment,

friends when i receive this call i shocked ?, say that your work is not correct and pay your maintenance fee 6700/ otherwise one notice to send my nearest police station and starting court case.

but i don't know what to do sir

i'm very sad and tensnide my mind please help me otherwise i will decide for suicide

They gave us 1200 forms for filling within 8 day's. If we submitted the form they create new issues and also they don't transfer any payments

I was completed my all work.but He was give me 1200 Form for 8 days and after complete No any payment Receive and then They take 6700 rupyee also and They says that I shall give 33000 rupyee more.But When I told them they give me warning to case file.

Fraud company - demanding money giving threats

I saw a advertisement in quikr.com about a date entry job so i applied. Viz technology contacted me and ask for my adhar and details and then gave work and after successfully completing the work correctly they are telling me that i have failed failed qc and threatening to pay money and court cases.

When searched for part time jobs on quikr, it suggests me some jobs. I applied for a data entry job. Then a day later a person called payal mehta whatsapp ed me and asked for my aadhar and cv. Then they send me an agreement and an acceptance letter. I tried their work but i don't like it. So i mailed them to relieve me from the job. They said to cancel the job you've pay rs.6700. So i paid them and now they tell me to pay rs.48000 something or they will file a case against me so that i could pay around lakhs in court. I called the helpline and pleaded to forgive but they said you can half payment and other half later. So i guessed it could be a fraudulent company. So i searched for the company in google and in consumer complaints some mentioned the company as fraud. So i ask for help here and help me get my money back

In lock down time i have no job and salary. So am applying quicr for daya entry job. The viz technology is given toa application filling job am filled1200 applications with in 8 days and submitted the correct date and time. But they are cheating me. Am paid amount 6900+ 8500.totally 15400 given that company..But they are not sent my salary. Pls help me. Recover my amount

I was searching for online work from home job so i registered in quickr. They found me on quickr and hired me for work on whatsapp. Then i registered with them they created legal agreement which i didn't signed. I started doing work & i checked whole work twice there were no any mistakes i found. I submitted my work in given time then after submission pdf was generated. I mailed them for password because it was password protected they mailed me password. Then next day they send me the qc report & made across 200+ mistakes. I checked my mistakes there were not many mistakes but they gave spaces in many forms and highlighted that mistakes. I don't made such mistakes as i crosschecked from pdf generated by them it was not my mistake then i called them for finding out such mistakes they told to mail screenshot of those mistakes. I mailed them screenshots collaged with corrected form of pdf then too they're saving you have made space incorrectly. And now their advocate mailed me pay 6700/- & we'll take case back. pls help me they are playing game with me

This company makes an agreement without making an information and then forcing it to pay the registration amount

I have also registered in this VIZ company now I m searching in Google that it is fraud company now what shall I do..? And they have made up a legal agreement also without my sign..what shall I do now as I come to know know that it is fraud company if I don't want to work they will charge 6700 rs ..? What shall I do now?

I am a student and i just registered for this company because i wanted to earn a little money to help my parents during lockdown and only after accepting the confirmation call i found out it was fraud. I contacted them to cancel the contract and they messaged me back and are asking for 6700rs as a cancellation fee. I'm scared that they will threaten to serve me with a legal notice since there is an agreement even though it doesn't have my signature on it. Please help me resolve this issue

The lady called me yesterday on 3rd july and offered a work from home data entry work for form filling. She said i do not have to pay any registration charges it will be deducted from my first salary of 30000/- so the payout will be of 23300/-. She shared the payment proof which was so vague.

I spoke to her today again she explained about 11 months of legal contract will be sent as soon as i send my resume and id proof. So i asked her to send me the email id of the company she sent me the name and address of the company viz technology kheda gujarat. Then she called me again she said once you get registered by sending the required documents helpline will send you the email.

I insisted for the email id and she disconnected the call. The caller and the company she is talking about is all fake and fraud.

Totally a bogus company and no job.
Please do not fall for this.

Sir i am payal chute. I completed my work but accuracy is not maintain.
Your company call me and tell your work is not accurate but you should correct your work by pay 6550 rs i pay the amount and after they tell me your multiple login and you should clear the multiple login by pay 7550 and i payed payment but my payment is not clear. And today i call the office they tell me she is not coming office.
But you should clear the dout your company and plz pay my payment. Plz resolve the issue

A lady with a name Payal Singh (god knows if that's also a fraud) calls me up and butters me with all the charming points of the work, what she didn't told me was that the work was too much and the time was too less, also they took my adhar ID and made false agreement paper in which there is no signature of mine and they just took oral confirmation without even telling me who was talking on the phone. I was able to complete the work because I had a medical emergency at home and I informed them and even tired calling but I got no reply back. Now after the term is over they are doing mental harrassment to me that they have done a case against me or I have to pay their dues. Please help me!

I had registered for online data entry job in quiker.com. Somedays later i got a message from oc technology for captcha typing. They called me and after that they told me to enter and otp after that i got a mail that i signed an agreement with this company so and so. They also gave me a id and a password and asked to download my captcha app. But this app was not working so i came to know that something wrong is going to happen. When i searched about this company in google i saw many complaints similar to mine. So i decided to resign from this company and i sent them my resignation letter to them. 2 days after that they sent me a warning message to pay an amount of 6900 or else they ll file a case against me. The next day another one messaged me as per i didnt pay the money i should pay a penalty about 2.26 lac in court. This company is really cheating us even if we are ready to work also after the dead line they will surely move the case legally and claim money from us. As per the agreement we have to do our work 90%correctly and also full work should be done. Bt as the app is not working properly we surely came to a stage of paying money. Hundreds of similar complaints have been reported against this company by this time bt still no one was able to end this corruption. Pls help us. I ll attach all the deatils below this complaint.

I have asked them to give me their company website.. But suddenly they stopped replying me. Even i have called them... They said that they will whatsapp me... But they didn't... It all proves that its a fraud company... Even they didn't took my signature in the legal agreement also.
