I ordered a HP printer 2335 vide order NO:1069094 dt 17-10-21 and paid online. Company sent a defective product and not taking it back as per their own Return Policy.
I am ready to take a Replacement and will return the defective one thro the delivering agent

I had ordered a MI Webcam worth Rs.849/- which was paid in full by me. Its been a week and I am still awaiting the order. There call center makes you wait for more that 10 minutes to take the call. After that they do not have any idea when the order will be delivered. They are unprofessional and uncourteous executives. They will even go ahead the cut the call. There is no escalation and even raising the ticket will not help. Stay away from Vle Bazaar. Fraud company.

Sir/Madam I have ordered 1CAR USB Charger with Cable of (BOAT Brand) from VLE BAZAAR ONLINE shopping Site On 3sept 21 & Payment Done By UPI 349 for product/Product get on 18 Sept 21 But only Car USB Without Cable on 18 sept 21I have been informed by me to there executive about missing usb cable Form 18 September 21 to today 7 Oct 21 I am calling them daily they giving me one reply sir today evening we are sending our cable you get within two tree days

1) I placed an order of Sony headphones WH-1000xm4 worth Rs 19, 990 on 29 September 2021 (Order # 1034821) at vlebazaar.in ;
2) On seeing no auto-acknowledgement of order or order ID generated which should be a basic and standard practice, I phoned VLE Bazaar on their advertised customer care no [protected] within a few minute of order placing, and informed them of no auto-acknowledgement of order receipt;
3) VLE bazaar customer care response was that it was a "server issue" (this I now see from people's reviews is a standard excuse)
4) I asked for the order to be cancelled over the phone, by email, and by raising a ticket on their website: ticket no 28309 ;
5) All the above communications were met with dead silence;
6) After several phone calls to VLE Bazaar customer care and speaking to VLE Team Leader Jitender Yadav, I innocently assumed that VLE would cancel my order before dispatch. No such luck.
7) VLE Bazaar says product has left the warehouse and cannot be recalled (like a nuclear missile : once launched, God help you and your precious money) ;
8. I was also told over telephone by VLE Team Leader Jitender Yadav that he (deliberately) dispatched the product (despite my clear instruction to cancel and refund) "because he did not want my refund to get stuck"
9. The above statement clearly proves that there is a problem with VLE Bazaar refunds - they are sending old/pre-used/stolen items and not processing refunds which is a fraud .
Problems with VLE:
1. Pathetic customer care - executives don't take any notes, don't communicate your complaint within their team ;
2. Website clearly lies that an order can be cancelled, when it CANNOT be cancelled once you have paid your money;
3. Emails, tickets, phone calls - nothing is taken note of - VLE bazaar does pretty much what it wants ;
4. Lies are spoken that they have a server issue : a server issue may last a few minutes - not days;
5. VLE Bazaar website bizarrely gives non IST-time. For a website that is dealing with Indian customers, why display GMT or any other time of customer order placement and ticket raising?? It seems to be a clever ploy to falsify time of order placement and to confuse the customer about what happened when ;
6. VLE Bazaar sends fake/stolen/old/used/incomplete products. From the sony headphones wh-1000xm4 box that I received (already unsealed) only the used headphone was inside - no charging cable, no aux cable, no carry case, no airplane charging plug . On trying to register the product and connect by downloading software, I came to know the name of the person to whom the headphone first belonged !
7. Now I am running after refund, which I see from numerous complaints online that customers are not getting ;
8. VLE Bazaar is clearly established with the sole purpose of defrauding the Indian population by offering low prices. They need to be shut down immediately, and apprehended for economic fraud.

I have order one car usb charger with cable form VLE BAZAAR on 3 September after 15 dayi get my product without cable I call there executive they are give only one reply today we are sending the cable till today 1 Oct I have not get my cable I have done full of there product price 349 form upi

I had Place a order of Epson L3150 WIFI Printer on 16/7/2021 and I received today (around 8.00PM on 22/7/2021).

while I open the pack am get shocked because it was opened, it damaged and no Ink Bottle in this pack. am request you to replace the product with new one or return my amount.

Vlebazzar is fraud and i lost rs 849/- to them . Order id 831845 placed on 2nd ju ly 2021 and paid rs 2148/-..order couldn't be processed by VLE bazzar they sent 1 product instead of 2 that i ordered and the 1 received that was also in a worst condition worst packaging and thus for 2nd product I called them they said its out of stock… then why the hell you shared messages the courier I am going to receive have 2 products in that, any how...

Order placed on 29th June, 2012. Till date no satisfactory answer or delivery.

I need a refund

I had ordered a OnePlus Bullets wireless head phones from VLEbazaar Order #:817996 on 28.06.2021. My order received on 1.07.2021. But i had received used, unpacked & damaged product instead of new. From that day I continuously making contact with VLEBazaar through email [protected]@vlebazaar.in and costomer care number on [protected]. Company still not taken The product back & I still not received my money back.

Ordered mobile on April 30th but still the mobile is not delivered. Support is not responding to calls and cancelling my order.

i inform you that . i was ordered a product from vle bazaar on 3rd June .my id is ***751123*** . i was attracted by the price so i ordered it. but, on 12th june i received a damaged /not working product. so i requested them for return. on 14th June their Delevery partner took them product from them as i applied for return. they received the product from on 22nd June. according to the rules they must have to refund the amount in 7-10 days. but now it is 15 days now . i did not get my refund . please help me to get my refund . I am ensure that the information mentioned above was correct .I hereby state that the facts mentioned above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.

complaint -nobody answers mobile number or even email and unable to generate ticket as well, it has been 14 days sine i ordered please respond,
also refund process is not working please respond if the product will be deliverted or not, immediately.

Ordered APC UPS from them on 29th May 2021. After ordering I read negative feedback from many users about VleBazaar but I was still postiive. After waiting for 2 days I gave them a call and checked on order. Call got quickly connected and customer care executive told it will be shipped immediately. I received APC UPS on 6th June. I was really happy that I got the UPS after so many negative review but happiness didn't last for long. As soon as I started unboxing I saw UPS main box was damaged, still hopeful and when I saw UPS all happiness was shattered. They sent me used UPS damaged from all sides and doesn't hold any load :-(
Guys this is big fraud by company and looting hard earned money of people.
Not sure if this platform provide any resolution.

I order product 09th may.. Untilnw nt received product, many times i informed customercare for refund, after they disconnect my call, i dont knw it trustable company Or not,

I ordered a Jiofi from VLE BAZAAR and when it's arrive it's don't work the total amount I paid to VLE BAZAAR is 1399 and when I contact to customer care for returning this product the customer care do not help me and cut the phone.
I want want refund of my money.

I had placed an order for MI Band 3 on 8th Jan and paid payment of Rs 999 online. The item was received on 12th Jan. When the item was delivered, the box was open and the product inside wad fake. I raised a return request on 12th Jan itself. Post that, I have been continuously following up for the return of product, but no executive has come to collect the product. Also, my amount has not been refunded yet. I called up customer care so many times, but no response. Attaching order email, shipped email and return request email.

My order is not shipped and there is no cancel my order option. i called customer care many times and one picks up just say hello thats all. can't understand english and just hangs up.its happens three times.
i want my refund but i'm afraid that they do not refund for 4 months or not at all after viewing many complaints.so help me to get my product or my refund...

VLE bazaar has taken money for mobile product since they dint respond even after 1 month, i cancelled the order, an dthey acknowledged the cancellation but have not refunded the amount since 4 months

Can somebody please seize their license and block their website so no one else can get cheated.
