Debited money from my Account didn't use my card or online
I have not done any transfer how come the below shown money got debited from my account.!???
How is this VM-CBSSBI?
Hiw they can take this amount from my Account.
It clearly shows that without our knowledge anyone can pick money from our account then what is the safty the bank has for the customers.

Recently 1.5 year continuesly 2 weeks only receive from this message"your a/c xxxxx299924 debited inr 5, 000.00 on 07/01/19 - transferred to mr. Annadurai r. A/c balance inr 1, 2477.00" in me. Someone or a gangs is misusing normal people mobile numbers in bank account. They someone's usig bank hacking money into your mobile number linked bank account via transfr then money. So you can easily arrest them for use trace you misused mobile number... Please enquire this case...

Today on 17 may -2018 i received an sms in my mobile as in the below text.. When i check my sbi online account there was no such transactions made through sbi., but i have received a message like this... Please do consider this as important..

I received an SMS from VM-CBSSBI which says, "Your OD A/c no. xxxxx071917 having limit of Rs.20, 000.00 is expiring on 30/06/2017. Please visit your branch to avoid expiry of Liimit".

I don't have any OD account and I don't know how to trace this sender. Please help me to trace this sender or suggest a way to trace this sender or a way to deal with such kind of SMS....
