Purchased 2 pants from the store but for 1 pant staff gave a different size pant (staff member mistake) and when we went to return that they 1st time told cannot return it is not under our 15days return policy and then they agreed to take it back after writing several mails to the management but then they said as 2 pants were taken we won't both hence AGAIN DIDN'T took it back. Current scenario is we have been following up on mail since 3...

Vmart is charging extra money for carry bag which is illegal.I am a regular customer here whenever I ask their employees they say that we can't do anything this is company's policy.please take proper action against it.

I'm shashi kumar gaurav. My contact no. Is [protected]. There is a v mart mall is in purnea bihar. I baught some clothes but the company charged me for carry bags. I told that accourding to supreme court of india you can't deliver goods without carry bag. He charged rs.5 for one carry bag. I rquest that why they charge for carry bags. It happens with a large number of customers....
