This is Parthiban Krishnasamy from Udumalpet. My voter ID number is WTS0186049. Last two times I was not voted because my name was not there in the voter list. I have asked so many times in the higher superiors but they are simply told if will book the complaint book it we don't care about it. I need solution for this one.

Originally my name as well as my wife's name was appearing in the Voters list and subsequently
the same has been deleted for reasons not known. Subsequently, I have applied afresh to include
my name with the Photo ID Card provided to me during the year 2000 (for both myself and my wife).
Now, I find our name is included in the current voters list, but till date, I have not received the
Voters ID Card for both o[censored]s. WIll the old card provided earlier holds good or what is the procedure
to obtain fresh card.

My Election I.D. Card No. is JQF1759109 IT WAS issued in the name of SIVAGAMI W/O.KANDASWAMY, FEMALE (46) ISSUED ON 15.02.2001. Since I was worked in Govt. Employee in Education department I had not made any vote before this time. After my retirement I went to the Election Booth first time to Poll my Vote with my I.D.Card. But, I was not able to put vote because the I.D. Given in the Voter List issued by Election Commission is not talleying with that of my I.D. It shows a male photograph and the I.D. Serial No. is TN/05/021/0111481. Becuase of these difference the Preciding Officer has not allowed to Vote.

After several screutinicing only the election commission is delivering the Voters List. After several follow-up also mistake is coming means who will be responsible for my vote and Vote like this ?

Kindly take necessary action to solve this type of Problems.

i am manimegalai.s. MY wife has gone to temple and on arrival she was told by neighbour that ID verfication has been done. Every time when my wife vistis your zonal office at L.B Road Adyar, she is getting the reply from the concerned/ respective officer, that Form 1C has to to filled and submitted, but the respective form is not available in the said office for the last few months.

Is there really any shortage of the forms or they expect any thing extra ...

Dear Sir,
We have applied for inclusion of our names in revised voters list on 15.02.2011 at Taluk office Chrompet. This is registered in Page 46 Sl No 7. Accordingly I couldn't find our names in the voters list also we are not in receipt of voters ID. Kindly let me know the procedural left out for the same since we don't want to loose the voting right.

My case is very peculiar. I was a college professor at the time when the Photo Id cards were first introduced. By virtue of my office I was assigned the duty of monitering the duty of taking photographs of the voters in Vandipalayam area of Cuddalore district. We had the previlege of taking photograps of ourselves for the same though we beonged to another part of the town. All the voters have got their id cards except me though my name is still in the voters' list Card NO MGM1539956. I was assigned tot his work three times after wards and I am yet to receive the Photo Id card. My visits to the Taluk office only invoked the wrath of the officials there. Can I get it for money?
