We have used vrl cargo safe movers services from kundeep +91 [protected]. This is a full haryana team who cheat people by lies. Team is highly unprofessional who comes to pack your things and ask tip of rs. 1000 unethically. With all the worst packing our things get loaded in the small van and we have also added a car packing and moving. Other day a guy named sandeep comes to pick our car and says the packing of car will be done at the warhouse and gives us the bill. After repeated followup the guys from their so called company comes and says we wont unload the things till you don't do pay the remaining dues. We told them our car is still not delivered by them, so they shouldn't worry about our payment. Vrl cargo safe movers team stick the argument to payment due and finally we paid the rest of the amount. While unpacking our things we saw our tables, crockery and many items were broken. We were now afraid of our car delivery, all we could pray is for our safe car delivery. After repeated calls and followups of after 20 days 3 haryana guys came in our parking lot with our car. It was completely visible that our car has driven from all the way from bangalore to mumbai and it has met with a major accident. As soon the car was parked, the car didn't start. We tried to report to police but because we have shifted to other state, we couldnt do much. They are using a fraud name and are goons who take away money and after repeated followup gives broken items.

All packing was very bad, not caring goods at all so many my house hold goods are broken/damage... Manoj (Vrl representative) who was in banglore agree on one amount then again recharge me more. Said will deliver on day not done.

I used their service to transport my goods and vehicle from Bangalore to Mumbai. I have sent my bike on 29th May 2018 and rest of the goods (12 items) on 1st June 2018. While sending items they said that it is raining so they will do the packing and bubble wrapping at their office but no packing was done. I was told that the goods will be delivered within 3-4 days but even after calling multiple times it took more than 1 week for it to be delivered. When i received my vehicle i had to go to a place 15 kms because their people were not willing to come even after waiting for 2 days after bike reached Mumbai. And after receiving bike i noticed that there were scratches on my side panel. I let it go as I thought this kind of thing happens but when I received my other stuff they were in very bad condition.
As I mentioned no packing or wrapping was done so the boxes got wet along with my bag and guitar, bean bag was torn and smartly taped so that i will not notice. Also 1 box was missing which have my 4 bottomwear (jeans, pants and pajamas), pillows and a helmet. For missing box I talked to Sandeep([protected]) from Bangalore and he just gave me no of some person([protected]) and did not care about my issue. He only cared when he wanted payment.
Sandeep even threatened me that if i don't make the payment my goods and vehicle will not be delivered. I told him that I will make the payment on delivery but still he said no, So i had to make the payment. Now i tried to contact other person and he said that he will check and it will take two days time to find and deliver that product. So i waited 3 days but still no response from their side so i called again and again he said the same thing and asked for 2 more days so i waited again. After 2 days he was not picking up the phone so i called Sandeep and he told me that some guy named Manoj will be coming next day and he will resolve. So i waited for 1 day and called him and he again asked for time but after 2-3 days he was not picking up my phone. I tried calling Sandeep and he was also not picking up the call. So I called him from other number then he picked my call and I asked him why he was not picking my calls for which he said I am in village and cut my call.
Now after all this I still haven't received my box, No refund as promised by Sandeep for not delivering my vehicle to my given address.
I have received worst kind of service with late delivery, damaged goods, missing items, unprofessional behavior, ignoring of calls.

I have even sent email to company's id but nothing has happened.
