I hired vrl packers and movers (Office in chikhali pune) to shift my stuff from pune to jammu in june'19. It is being 6 months and it is still not delivered. They have stopped taking calls and even if i connect through new numbers they talk unprofessionally. They have charged my rs. 14, 500 for shifting and insurance of which 12, 500 is already paid. The declared value of almirahs plus a dresser is around 20, 000 and it should all be reimbursed.

Want to raise a complaint against them and they should be penalized heavily.

I had sent my luggage thru vrl packers and movers, hyderabad to assam. It's a month delay and they haven't delivers my luggage. On calling customer care i get an answer that one of my package has been misplaced and they are not able to track where is it. Plus nobody wants to take the responsibility of tracking it, may be because they got the payment beforehand. To hell with your service.

I had sent my luggage via vrl packers n movers from hyderabad to assam a month back on 1st december '19. It has not been delivered to assam till date and it's almost 1 month now. And on asking the customer services say they have misplaced one of my package which they have no idea where has it gone. I want all of my package to be delivered soon. I had paid a lot for sending my packages to assam.

I took your services on the 6th of november. Located from nagawara to whitefield. I moved to a apartment where they send their electricians only when booked. So i noticed my tv broken after 2days and complained to the agents immediately. They asked me to send the photo copies which i did and i have been following it up with them since then. They have been giving me different numbers to call and no one is taking and ownership. I also told the person to keep the tv with them in the front to avoid damages. They have dumped it behind which we were not aware so tot the tv was all fine until v fixed it. We have been newly married and had trips which were booked so managed to talk when ever possible. Now they are not helping us anymore they are very rude and say do wat u want to. I am tired of running around all this. The cost of repairing the tv is 12k. And they also have hidden charges for service which they dont keep the cust informed.

I called mr sunil from vrl movers and packers through one of my friend reference. I needed to send my bike to sambalpur (Orissa) from noida. He told me it would cost me 4500 door to door delivery. When one person picked my bike, he took 500 docker charge, then after two day today 23 jan2019, he send me an invoice of 9000.

Bike transport charge - 4500 + 18% gst = 5310
Docket charge = 500
Bike insurance = 300
Surplus charge = 1164
Handling charge = 800
Packing charge = 875

Total = 8949.00

After lot of discussion he agreed to reduce few cost and forced to pay = rs.7000.00 now.

Please help what can i do now.

They promised a certain amount after looking at my stuff and after every few hours they started increasing the amount, the hassle which we gone through made us to ask that we will only pay them untill we don't see our stuff safely handed over to us. They first promised that the stuff will be moved by evening and it took 2 days till they moved it. I had a trust issue so i asked them not to dispatch the stuff better if i ask some other company to take it away, they then started asking 1200 rs for labour charge. There is no point on taking a labour charge when all the stuff was packed by me, the only effort they did is wrapping up my mattress using cello tape. Now m really worried after looking at their reviews. I do have all the call recodings of the conversation i had with them and also the whatsapp conversation which can prove they are fraud. My stuff is with them now and i don't know what will happen to it.
The story is long and i need someone to resolve this

We took services from vrl packers and movers pune to transfer house hold good from pune to ranchi dated 15th sep 18. We paid 47k for the complete movement of the goods including insurance of each and every product.
We were assured that our goods will be delivered in right condition. All of my house hold stuffs were almost new.

Out of my all expectation when goods got delivered to my place "ranchi" all the items were badly broken, including dinning table, tv, fridge, dish tv, temple, shoe stand, clothdryer stand. By having a view of the stuffs anyone could make it that goods were not transported properly and were badly managed.

Now, when we asked for the compensation as we took insurance cover for all of our product they are not ready to it. Its been 23 days but we have got no response. They are sayin we will not cover the complete cover of the products, for the tv which almost costed me around 60k, they said they will 8-10k..

By telling that they are brand is this the way they are cheating customer.
Strict action to be taken for the forged company like this.

Worst experience vrl quote us a lower price than other packers & mover and told us will get your household items within 7-10 days, they send us more than the double bill which they quote and we are still waiting for our stuff, they literally blackmailing for the household even after paid there more than double bill.

Vrl operate is not a good company to deal with moving your households. They come and give you the lowest price for transferring your household. When they start packing the items, they generally write all the big items in the list but don't write expensive & important items because they pack it in the boxes and just writes the number of boxes. So you have no proof of material inside the boxes.

They will take full amount in advance so you can't do anything. When you unpack your household some 1-2 items are missed from the boxes.
When you call back to the vrl representatives, they give following answers and stop picking your phone calls,
1. We are checking in our godown
2. We are checking with staff etc.
3. The person met with an accident and he will come after 3-4 days
4. What you will do if we don't return

Now you have no option because they don't take your calls, i can't go to cops because item name is not mentioned as it was inside the boxes.

Guys, be very careful with this company when you are planning to shift. Please make sure all expensive and important items are mentioned in the list.
They will confuse you while packing and will assure don't worry sir we will make sure everything will be safe and transported etc. We are there for you etc but when you report something missing, no phone calls answered also no responsibility taken by the company.
I lost my water purifier and i know it was stolen by vrl people but it was not mentioned on the list by the company so i can't take legal action against vrl but i am writing here to warn other people.
Please be very careful with this company.

I had to move my goods from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. Vrl took my luggage on 26th feb 2018 and till now 3rd April my goods hasn't been delivered yet. It is already more than 35 days. When I call them they don't respond and make new excuses everyday. The goods include my bike and 2 cartons of clothes and shoes. I am clueless about the status.
Every day I wake up and call them and call before sleeping. No response.

I trusted on vrl packers and movers for delivering my bike and mixer at my home location i. E bhusawal maharashtra from bangalore. As promised by mr. Sandeep sagwan i opted for door to door delivery and paid the money according to that on 22nd feb 2018. However the bike is still not delivered and its with bluedart hub at district location (Jalgaon). As per bluedart team they have been advised for pick up from their hub and not to deliver at my home.

Guided couried team as well. Courier guy is having receipt for self pickup from hub and i am having a receipt for home delivery. Mr. Sandeep sagwan is a cheater.

We have given the bike to transport from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 10th April 2017, we are promised for door pick and door drop at quoted price for 3000 and later its increased to 6000 rupees. Once the bike reached the office in hyderabad office the delivery boy denied to do door delivery. He asked us to pay 2000 rupees to deliver the bike to home. We have already paid 5000 in Bangalore. They dont have specific price list for the bike transport. I did not receive my bike yet and the delivery boy is not answering the calls after we transferred the money. I wanted to ask the forum on my next action step

I shifted my household items from Bangalore to Chennai, packing and loading was good, but for unloading and unpacking they don't have people in Chennai. They make us to wait for 6 hours to unload the truck. Executive don't have any knowledge about how to speak to customer. They were talking about payment without unloading and unpacking the stuff from truck. They were threatning us by telling giving police compliment. They will charge for packing, loading, unloading and unpacking, but after sometime they ll tell v wont do unpacking, u need to pay extra for unpacking and u need to pay extra for truck waiting. Please don't go with VRL packers and movers.

Hi, I am Ajay Rana. I recently move from gurgaon to hyderanad. I called on just dial for movers and packers. after that i select one movers and packers 'VRL packers and movers' and give assignment to him to move my bike from gurgaon to hyderabad. initially he told that he charged 3000. He picked up my bike on 6th nov, 2015 from my home. after loading he increased charges to 5000. I transferred 5000 rupee to his account on the next day. because he has my bike and don't want any disturbance and delay in service and quality. after 1 day. He started blackmail me. He is forcing me to transfer 10, 000 more to his account. otherwise he will not give it back to me. he is harassment me. regularly calling and blackmail me. using abusing language. I am so worried. i am not able to take decision. what did i have to do. i already called to just dial and raise complain..but they are also not doing nothing. i want to complain in police station. but currently i am in Hyderabad. Hyderabad police told go to delhi and complain to delhi police. Hyderabad police is not helping me. I am working in Hyderabad.
