I purchased I site in purple gowribhanur in 2015 by emi and it completed at 2019 Aug, till now I didn't get site registered or no one is giving my money back.

Cancelation amount of 20000/- Rs not refunded from 3 Years after follow ups and giving necessary documents as required.They only given in writing stating that amount will be refunded in 4 months, but now same person(Pramod) is telling that no refund will be done below 30000/- Rs.Misguiding and cheating the consumers

We bought a 30-40 site in sancity gold in the year 2014
- we bought it for 2, 50, 000 and the registration was not done as they mentioned the registration will happen after a year once the developments are made in the layout
-when checked in 2016 for registration they mentioned that registration is on hold due to government rules on real estate.
-i am unable to connect to any of the executives from the sancity and the sales person. I am unsure that sancity is shutdown..
-please help me out to get back the amount or registration for that site to be made at any cost
