would like to state that my office is
facing a huge problem due to out of order of
internet connectivity since more than 15 days. Several request, reminder
was made to the local authority but still the connectivity is out of order.
Hope you will take necessary action as early as possible for public interest as
it is a Govt. Office. [Uttar Dinjpur Highway Division, P.W.(Roads)

I have a internet of VSNL Broadband name of [protected]@vsnl.net from the last week of Oct it is very much headache for me cause it is not working fluently, every morning I have to launch a complain for net is not working, from them side only one repeated ans. Local server is down after 9.30am it works again then again discontinue in the evening. I launched complain so many times, yet there is no satisfied solution of this issue.

frequent interuption due to local server
I had made a complaint on the 5th of February regarding frequent local server being down issue, as a result of which the net connection is unavailable.I have been registering complaints almost every day. It has been over a month and nothing has been done over it. i spoke to the nodal officer, spoke to various supervisors, but i haven't got any thing in favor yet.
