Finding ways to ensure that it doesn't happen with anyone else.Bigtime Fraud Company, Noone should even attempt.

W have got all products wrong ...in which we have lost 6, 495 cash ...i want my money back because they show something else and give us something else plz helps us i want my money back i have wrote them a message they have responding yet ...nor they are picking there calls up ...there mobile ar switched off ..i only want my money back ...they have just wasted my 6, 459 cash i want it back

Order materials through online, but received is different is what we have ordered. Also, the materials delivered is worst and size abnormal.
They are not providing full details about the company too.

I have order to Vuyiza com bit I have received the wrong product wrong size and worst quality . I have ordered twice and both I got the worst . Kindly refund my money in my bank I don't want in your wallet and bla bla
There are so many people they have the same issue and I believe they are making people fooll kindly close their site bcoz they have cheated lots of people this way .

I had ordered a suit from vuyiza which for ₹839 and what i get is totally different when i asked them to refund my money they asked me to send the product back by myself on which i spent ₹150. and after that they told me to refund my money in other website wallet balance http://www.purnoss.com/
Again I ordered by suggested website with ₹999, then again I received a worst product which I never use such kind of materials.

I request you to take some action on these fake companies which only taking money from consumers and doing frauds only

I have ordered for Grey Color Embroidered Designer Suit Small size price 1350 rs.
Order Number: VZ17173
But it showing different colour and design of clothes. I got wrong size, wrong colour and worst quality. Bottom wear also missing.

When I asked about return product and refund amount. There first policy,

"For returning the product, the customer needs to send the parcel by self- courier at our address."
Means I need to spend again 300 rs. For courier.

And second policy,
The Reward points will be valid for 1 year after issuing in the wallet.
Mean they are forcing to buy fake clothes again and repeat the same process.
I want my money back.

Don't buy online clothes from vuyiza site.
I heard many complaints against them.

Kindly ban such online fraud shoppers.

I purchased dress suits with company for 3309 they are delivering a wrong product which is not at all worth for money I request for refund but not initiated my order id is VZ14745. I want my money back

I agree with above comments. It's an amazing and ## company. They don't have proper ethics. Product shown and delivered is completely different. Wish someone should file a case in consumer court. Our money they are returning back as rewards. Strange !!!

I order the designer salwar suit combo in vuyiza but in online product is totally deferent from what i orders, when i took to replace the order its not taking ..its big fraud they doing i dnt want the product, its worst and cloth is also not good, i dont want to that product..i need return of my money.

I have received a wrong item for my order # VZ6502
Order value - Rs. 999/-
It is not the item I ordered. Both item and size were wrong.

When asked for refund, they asked me to send the parcel back with my own money. It costed me 80rs.

I clearly mentioned to them that I do not wish to shop with them anymore because of their poor service..and hence I want my money back.

Still they didn't refund my money. Instead they loaded 799/- in vuyiza wallet.

I do not understand why they deducted 200/- from the original order value.
They said it is for processing my returned order which I returned with my own money.

Now they got their item back and I lost my money 1080/- .

Such a pathetic service.
This is a clear case of fraud.
