Complaint about - Opportunity uncovered - Vvc Kukatpally (Hyder agar) hyderabad workshop worst and scary customer experience ever

Worst service center ever it's killing the name and fame of MAHINDRA let me explain it in detail on why I have used such a words on this vvc Mahindra Hyder agar Kukatpally workshop I took my xuv 500 to work shop with a problem that the coolant is getting leaked the advisor has told me to leave the vehicle in the workshop and said he will check and call me and i left the vehicle in the workshop in the morning after that I haven't heard from the advisor after that. Then I follow up with the advisor in the evening around 7o clock after making two three calls he says it's the issue of the radiator which is supposed to be replaced I said Ok he said part is not available I'll check and let you know in the morning on when on how he will get the part(radiator).
Againg next day morning I waited until 12o clock I didn't get any call from him so I called him up to see what is the status of repair he didn't pick up the call and not responded back after 1hr wait I called up his manager Anil manager at vvc workshop Kukatpally (Hydernagar) Hyderabad and explained him about the issue which he is aware of this issue as he was also there before day (1st day when I left the vehicle)at the service center in the evening.when I explained him my situation of this miss behavior and customer not being handled improperly he casually responds back to me stating that there is a staffing problem due to which there many vehicles have arrived and he is busy with taking other customer vehicles. After listening to this words from a manager (I felt deprived thinking that Iam not the valuable customer who needs to be handled as well in well mannered) and he said OK he will call you and hug up the phone and after 2hrs the advisor calls and says the part will take two days to arrive at our workshop from vvc kushai guda ECIL workshop (this workshop is less than 30kms from workshop where I gave my vehicle) he asked for two days for that even then I said Ok to the the he said Ok I'll arrange the delivery of vehicle by Thursday evening and I waited until Thursday[protected] evening I haven't heard from the advisor even after 6O' clock then again I have to repeat the cycle of follow up with advisor and manager and I get a reply from the advisor that he will be not able to deliver the vehicle today and he said I have to wait until tomorrow afternoon with no choice I have to say Ok again. Now Friday afternoon 2o clock I haven't heard from the advisor nor from the manager about the status of my vehicle after multiple follow ups with the manager and advisor I get and update that he will be able to deliver it only in the evening in the evening on Friday day[protected] when I reached the workshop vvc Hydernagar Kukatpally Hyderabad he has presented the bill of around 17593/-and said he will be sending the bill to me only next day by what's app and did not give any bill to me and suddenly reduced the bill amount to approx ~ 16453/- with no other choice I paid the bill and collected my vehicle with the fear that if i don't pay bill now and ask them to give the they will keep the vehicle with them until tomorrow do some internal damage to it and charge me more with that fear I have paid the total amount which he quoted and brought my xuv 500 back. So after going through all this hassle please think once from customers view will he be going back to the service center back again I won't go again that much they have scared me with the pathetic service from manager and advisor, And at point thinking now to move away from Mahindra to Toyota at least thinking of this experience. Iam just bringing it up with you because iam not with how many customers are going through this but not talking time to talk about it. Hope this will help the top management know about the ground reality and take necessary actions, Please do the needful.

Bad response from VVC body shop

I have submitted my vehicle on 28/8/22 for replacing of front bumper and on the same day I was been informed that part need to be order and will get in two day
Later on 1/9/22 I been told part received and will give vehicle on next day
On 2/9/22 I been informed that stiffener part is not available and will come by 3/9/22 and will give vehicle by 3/9/22
When I keep asking and later visited on 7/9/22
Still the bumper painting not been completed and stiffener was also fitted
This is my 2nd time bad experience with VVC motors service
I began to think that my decision was wrong by choosing mahindra vehicle
Later on 1/9/22 I been told part received and will give vehicle on next day
On 2/9/22 I been informed that stiffener part is not available and will come by 3/9/22 and will give vehicle by 3/9/22
When I keep asking and later visited on 7/9/22

Extended warranty was not processed and not returning refund since 2 months. They are keep on extending 10 days every time. Kamal is the person who is manager asked for last 10 days but this been 20 days after he promised and not responding now

Car loan bank name entered wrongly in tr documents
Hi. Iam neeharika. We have taken xuv 500 from vvc motors.The car loan bank name is enteted wrongly in the car documents . And the concerned people are taking too long a time to change it. The bank manager has called telling that the car loan account has to be closed if the change is not done immediately. Really worst service and totally unworthy people at vvc motors abids branch

mahindra verito vibe steering vibration

I have given my verito vibe d6 for servicing they have done the servicing and returned my vehicle company said that steering balls was changed but when i am travelling to vijayawada after reaching 90 km/h speed the steering was getting full vibration and vehicle was getting uncontrolled when i call to the sericing centre they are giving the answer and they are talking un respectively

defective piece

I have bought my mahindra kuv 100 k8 model on may 27 2018. After completion of 1 yr of buying car we had met with an accident on June 14 2018. Our accident was due to tyre blast of my left side tyre and dragged our car to the left side and hit to a tree . Due to this accident we had a life loss. This accident is due to the defective piece given by the manufacturer because No car tyre gets blasted so easily because it's just one yr old car. After accident we have seen a 2 inch hole inside the tyre due to which tyre has blasted and caused accident . so the tyre is defective so we want replacement of the car and compensation of our life loss and injuries we had. We want justice please my car no is TS08FH6667

Dear Sir,
I did my 30000km completed service on 4 May '17, i informed the service center guy regarding the compliant (the triangle symbol shown in display - pto attached for your easy view), even informed to the guy who came for pickup and drop service, but the problem is not sorted out, even the car was not cleaned yet properly. This happens many times too.
They charge more for servicing and doing nothing i believe, just did the car wash and cleaning also just like that. No one is checking the given compliant after servicing.
Is there any other place where we can do the servicing here after, please advise the details.

Regrading the vehicle of tuv300 i had book the vehcile on 27-11-15 vvc motor exceutive has given the promises the vehicle will be delivery with in the 3 weeks but the vehicle is nt yt deliverd from the showroom customer ...The vvc motor said the vehicle with delivered in 12-12015 this time also vehicles is not yet delivered ...On the 15th they had called us n said the is in the transport now VVC Motor is saying the is not available n they are saleing in the black market with a wide cost change than the market value...
File is attached which i had got mail from the vvc motor..Take a action on the VVC Motors Right now...
