I want to return the clothes of w for women I brought one day before bcoz of there cheap quality. I washed one of them I brought from W and the whole sparkle print ruined in front of my eyes in just few mins and I losted my 6300rs for these cheap quality material fabrics and prints. I am feeling cheated bcoz I could not expect this from a big brand like W earlier thier quality was good but now they are selling cheap clothes on very high prices. When u buy something costly u naturally
feels like it's luxurious... it's quality is good and the work on it is of high quality but this W brand change my mindset completely bcoz after spending 6300rs for 3 peace set of clothes what I get is faded cheap quality clothes and in just one wash these clothes are not worth of 6300rs. I am feeling cheated and looted by this big brand W. I want to return these bad clothes to them and want my money back

I ordered a dress 3weeks back from W for women online site. I received it in wrong size with belt missing. So I returned it back to the seller. But the refund of 3499₹ hasn’t been done yet. It’s been more than 10 days

I had purchased an item from w online. I has returned item on 7th mar. Item reached on 16th mar. But still now company don't refund the amount. Every time when i called them they told me one thing it will be credited with in 2 days. It has been more than 15 days but amount has not credited. Even they didn't give any reply to my email. I request for returned item via email on 6th mar. They replied and pick the item on 7th mar. They requested for bank details and i send the details on 6th. After that they don't give any reply. So, i am lodging complain against w.
