I order casio edifice chronograph white dial gold metel men watch EFR539SG7AVUDF and the delivery service deliver my product today but the watch i received is not my order its a wrong product.some 250 rupees watch
So, i would like to return my watch and do refund my money in amount Rs. 2498/- that is paid for the watch. ASAP

I ordered a smart watch from india watch zone on Instagram. They delivered a different and low quality watch. They also don’t reply my messages. So please replace or refund my amount as soon as possible.

Watch_zone_india_ is a e-commerce page in Instagram. A seller from West delhi, Address 54/2 Liberty Corporat, West Delhi 110015. I ordered with them a smartwatch worth 999.00, but they dispatched a low cost fake watch not similar to what showed in pictures. I tried contacting them via messages in Instagram but they're not replying after they received the payment. Product was delivered via Blue dart I have raised a complaint with them to. In watch zone page 7 days easy return policy is mentioned but these guys are not replying. I m sure they show different product while getting an order from a customer later they deliver a wrong product.
