I purchased water purifier (model TK-AS80-DA) in Dec 16.
In Aug 22, filter/cartridges is replaced. Motor started leaking and sensor not working properly. I called technician who replaced the filter, he said that part not available. Later sensor completely stopped.
Since then (1st Sep, 22) I called around 8 times to customer care phone. every time they give new Job Id but no technician is visiting.

I had replaced my water filter PCB from Anand Enterprises in January'13 now again they told me PCB problem and there are no any guaranty on PCB we need to pay again. Please tell him to replace my PCB or repair it as soon as possible. As company discontinued water filter product that is very bad for customer who trust on Philips as good brand. Thanks

my aqua guard water purifier is under b/d since 15.09.12. AMC valid till 24.02.2014 . the service engineer attended but failed to repair due to lack of spares . several requests made but till now not repaired . it is essential for health of the family . pl help ....
