I purchased water purifier (model TK-AS80-DA) in Dec 16.
In Aug 22, filter/cartridges is replaced. Motor started leaking and sensor not working properly. I called technician who replaced the filter, he said that part not available. Later sensor completely stopped.
Since then (1st Sep, 22) I called around 8 times to customer care phone. every time they give new Job Id but no technician is visiting.

Even technician called and ask the product to give in exchange.
Is the product sold by you irreparable/ use and throw? I feel cheated after this. Can this product be repaired?

    It is regarding complaint no [protected] which was lodged to customer care on Thursday 2 nd june 2022.It was made sure that within twenty four hours, the complaint will be resolved and thereafter twenty four hours, no body came neither I received any call regarding visit of any technician. I had to call again yesterday i.e. on 7 th June 2022 and I was told that technician will reach today itself i.e 7 th June 2022. Thereafter no body called neither any body visited my place for resolving issue pertaining to the complaint. It is highly disappointment from a highly reputed company that issue of customer has been taken for granted in casual approach .After numerous calls to CEO Escalation desk as well and a non negotiable casual approach that service will be done today or at the earliest after 12 consecutive days is not desirable and not acceptable and totally unprofessional.
    It is being notified that customer has been harassed by such reputed company by not taking any action at all .
    Very casual approach.it was shared today again that request was carried out on 2 nd june and it will be 1 year already

    It has been clearly depicted that company has taken for granted the time and request of customer for some reason or another by company that needs to be taken to higher end.

      I had replaced my water filter PCB from Anand Enterprises in January'13 now again they told me PCB problem and there are no any guaranty on PCB we need to pay again. Please tell him to replace my PCB or repair it as soon as possible. As company discontinued water filter product that is very bad for customer who trust on Philips as good brand. Thanks

        my aqua guard water purifier is under b/d since 15.09.12. AMC valid till 24.02.2014 . the service engineer attended but failed to repair due to lack of spares . several requests made but till now not repaired . it is essential for health of the family . pl help .

        Water Purifier — return of dues of older machine..

        Respected Sir,

        Iam Manu Parwesh a resident of Tilak Nagar New Delhi..We purchased 2 pieces of aqua purifier..which were installed at our residence.The market dealer of sales Mr Pani Vivekanad assured us that there was exchange offer in which you will be offered a Rs 1300 check draft direct from the company .So he said that he will be returning the very next day or within next week ...Since then we have been calling him over the phone number which he has dared not to pick up...its a total cheating case of corruption at the intermediate sales level...If such is the attitude of the sales representatives then its quite possible that he might have duped many people on his commitiment...We called the head office at Mittal Building in Connaught Place..and asked about his wereabouts which the company denied on the issue of privacy...and we were assured of some legal action and the return of Rs 1300(2 cheques each)
        but of no use...

        Water Purifier — Non attendance of complaint

        For around 4 weeks we have complained that our machine is not working and inspite of complaining again and again the service centre people are not attending the same. So its a kind request to the head that to see to the matter and revert as early as possible.

        Each time I have been facing long wait for replacement of battery.
        On 10th july morning I called up for replacement, had word with Tarun he could not locate my address he took details and assured to create ref number and a visit within 2 days.
        On june 13th evening I had words with some supervisor named Chetan with same assurance for creating reference number.
        On 14th july I had word with supervisor swati thanks God!atleast I have got ref number (S09/DLI[protected])now God knows when visit will take place.

        Water Purifier — Invoice bill not received

        Purchased your product (Water purifier) on 19.08.2010, payment is made by cheque for Rs.8190.00 & Rs.1000.00 by cash, received a receipt no:000259 from your representative Ch.Venkatesh babu[protected]. But till now we have not received any Invoice bill. Your representative is not even lifting the phone and your customer care people ask for many details, but do nothing about the complaint.

          Most irresponsible RO CONCH company having its office at omaxe mall Patiala. I have installed its commercial RO plant 500 lph. Since last 15 days on repeated requests to its representatives Ashish and Manish both brothers did not attend my complaint. Now I searched for website of the company I think there is no responsible person there in the company and look like a fraud company. After having bad experience with this company I request not to purchase products of this company to consumers

            There is malfunction o[censored].V.lamp. Complaint was made regarding this.Your service man visited my premises on[protected] & assured replacement of lamp on coming sunday .Till date nobody visited my house.I had my regular A.m.c.done till march 2011.We opt for eureka forbes products for its world class service as you provided regular service of purifier since 1998 and I was satisfied with your service.But this time the delay was serious on your part as failure o[censored].V.lamp means totally impure water full of Bacterias.Kindly rectify the problem at the earliest qt the below given adress.

            Water Purifier — pressure tactics

            I had bought a water purifier on Nov'08 and the warranty was due to expire on Nov''09 when I called your service personnel for rectifying a problem.He came and played a game with me.He did not rectified the problem completely and when I called him again, he came and advised me to enter into an AMC. I told him that doing AMC is my prerogative but he should not tarnish the image of a reputed brand like Eureka Forbes.He refused and told me to call someone else.
            I want a clarification.Does your company allow this pressure tactics? If you say yes, I will have no other alternative but to succumb to this pressure.And if you feel that I have been wronged,please advise me accordingly.I do believe your reputation is at stake.

                Sir,
                My annual service contract will be expiring on[protected]. My contract receipt No. is 15628877, last renewed on[protected]. On[protected], Shri Pitamber Sahu, Service Attendant, attended and requested to pay the renewal annual contract amount for the current financial year 2009-10. He said that replacement of last carbon was made on December'2008, therefore, further carbon replacement will be made only after the payment of renewal charges and showed the service card. After observing the said card, it is found that the signature does not tally with the previous signature putted against earlier services.It is certain that no such replacement was made in the month of December'2009 which is evidenced by the fact that the signature for approval of the assigned service does not pertain to the undersigned.
