Hi this side rahul sarkari, from Lucknow, i have booked a kabil movie ticket in lucknow wave cinemas on 31january 2017 19pm show, but the employee sitting there named vikas yadav gave me a ticket of 5:40pm, as i have purchased that ticket at 18:00pm approx, , ihave confirmed him 2times that i want a ticket of 19:00pm, but i got a ticket of 5:40pm, my fault is that i have not checked that ticket at that time, when i go for the show of 19:00,...

this inform to you that last Sunday i wanted to purchase two tickets of welcome back for wave lucknow, u.p., show timing 2:00 pm. but first time due to session expired i did not book ticket. but amount was detected from my account, and message was written on your official website that, your amount will refund in 15 days. and no other information provide.
so sir i am attaching mini statement of my bank account....

I booked online tickets for "The Avengers" movie on 5 May 2012, at waves cinema, Lucknow...
I attempted twice, first attempt was unsuccessful due to some technical reasons though Rs 645/-- money was deducted and I was told that it would be redeemed in due course of time.. I booked the tickets again, ID was 411991.
I am still awaiting the refund, dont know if it is some kind of fraud to charge the customers twice and...
