Hello, may name is Shashank and you can reach out to me on [protected]. I have recently moved to Wave Executive Floors. Its been 2 weeks and there is no internet connection available in my tower. I am an IT employee and working from home. I had to run to my old place to work from home as there is no internet connectivity in Wave City. Moreover, if I choose to continue to work from my old place where I used to live on rent, I have to pay the rent for it along with the EMI of my new flat in Wave City. It looks I am paying the EMI for the amenities which I cannot even avail. Please take a look at it ASAP and take action as it will hamper my work and money.

This is to inform you that we had booked two plots in wave royal castle on 20th march 2013 and paid rs10 lakhs (Rs5 lakhs on each plot booking) via cheque nos 570562 and 570563 of rs 500000.00 each) drawn on. My bank account with oriental bank of commerce. Cheques were encashed by your designated company m/s suncity hightech infratech (P) ltd. And we were allotted registration nos. Pr120wrc371 and pr120wrc 377 in my name and other in the name of my wife mrs vijay gandotra.

Customer ids nos. Cu130130 and cu130131 were alloted accordingly in lieu thereof.

In one and half years time we saw there was no development and neither got the exact location of our plots or any communocation thereof. We are writing mails back and forthe and there is no response from your representative.

I have paid the registration amount of 51000/- for 3 bhk flat in wave city dream homes on 14 january 2018 with payment id:mojo8114005a09587484. As per their policy this amount is refundable if my name is not in the draw. The draw was done on the 27 january 2018 and the wave city agent [name:saurabh, mobile:[protected]] informed me that my name is not in the draw. So i asked him to refund my money. Then he took 1 week time and after that he said that he convinced his manager to alot me a flat in the same scheme but in different tower but the possession will take more than 1 year. So i told him clearly that i don't want any flat there so please refund my money and then he said rudely that no money will be given because we are giving you flat now.
This is fraud; they just take buyer's money anyhow and then try to convince them to settle with any other flat so that in case of denial they can atleast steal the registration amount.
Please help us on this case.

I bought independent floor under subvention plan, under which builder has to pay the emi to the bank till possession. Subvention plan has been switched from
Indiabulls to india infoline and during this india bulls deducted the emi amount from my account. Now the wave city is delaying the reimburesement of the amount. Please help.

Kindly refer to your Registration Form for EOI(Expression of Interest),Dated-03/03/06.for provisional allotment of a residential plot of size 250 sq.Yds.In your Uppal Chadha Hi-Tech Township, Dist. Ghaziabad(WAVE CITY), as per the Clause(C). That in the event you offer of Provisional allotment for a plot is made to me after eight months from the date of submission of this registration form,simple interest(10% P.A.)shall be made to me/us for the period beyond eight months on the amount paid by me/us,up to the date the said offer of Provisional allotment is made but could not get the Provisional allotment at a time for which it was scheduled i.e. 8 months after the registration.
Infact,it was delayed to the extent that I was allotted the plot no 465, Sunny Wood Enclave Dated-22/08/2012.Reg [protected]
So you are requested to pay me the interest for the delayed period at the earliest. Which is tune to Rs 354425.00

Kindly look into it and do the needful on priorty basis so that I need not look some other door for justice.
