Wellness team don't care about the delivery partner blue dart. Even if there is a delay ... they don't care and will not deliver the medicine even if you raise a complaint.
Today it's been marked as returned to store and nobody called me for the delivery

    Hi,

    I WhatsApp to wellness medical at mulund branch, i call and inform check WhatsApp and confirm medicine available not not but she still not check or revert yet
    VERY POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE from this branch
