Cheating in ac bus fare

Dear sir,
I am a daily passenger of your volvo bus (Vs-1) which passes kaikhali (Next stop to airport) at around 8.15 am. I have noticed for some time that few daily passengers do not buy the ticket with exact fare.
In stead, they just collect the amount (Which is 40% or 50% of exact fare) among themselves & give the total amount to conductor. Obviously, conductor does not provide any ticket, in return.
In that way, wbstc is losing a huge revenue from one bus itself, everyday. I presume this happens in your each buses in every route. You can imagine, how much revenue is being lost per month.
You can not disrespect me, after allowing this cheating to continue for a long time.

Rude behaviour and unlawful attitude of bus conductor

Dear sir,
I am a regular pessenger of your E1 service. Everyday I catch bus from Howrah stand to Rashbehari Avenue and back. In the morning time everyday I Shaw they took passenger on bonet and give us excuse that due to office hour rush they take extra pacenger on so they won't be late to their office, which is a reasonable thing and we appreciate their efforts. But when after office in evening they won't take a single person on bonet, and when we ask this to your bus conductors they start to use abusive words, so I just want to know why this duel standard. As many people come to office by your service they also have to go home. I request you please do something to stop this arogent attitude of your staffs and provide us a singular rules so that no passenger have to suffer

Complaint regarding bus conductor of VS10

Today i have caught vs10 from tollygunge tram depot as bus did not went to the kudghat depot and turned back from tollygunge in bus # wb 23 b 8296 at 2:30 pm (07th june, 2016). Till new town conductor did not came to issue ticket. After crossing new town i gave him rs.100/- as the fare is rs.55/- from tollygunge tram depot but he returned me rs.60/- back and did not issue any ticket. When i asked him why he took less fare and not issuing ticket he said we will manage it. I did not understand what he wanted to say. Later on i understood that the conductor and driver share this kind of fares without ticket so i asked him to take full fare and issue me a ticket on this he got angry and started quarelling with me as told me to lodge complaint against him. Like this they are collecting so much fund everyday and making loss to the govt. Who wanted to provide better services to us. I wanted you to take strict action against this. Jai hind (Tmc)

Sir,
I am a 22 year old woman, a regular passenger of a bus which runs on the bangur to dankuni route via amarpally, dumdum metro stn. Dunlop, dakshineswar and bali halt.
Today i availed of a bus from amarpally to dunlop.
It came to amarpally bus stop between 9.40 am to 9.50 am (Bus no: wb23c5942). When i asked the conductor for taking the bus fair and gave him a ten rupee note and i said, "dada ekta amarpally theke dunlop, " he gave me a one rupee coin as change and a ticket of 9 rupees. I told him that i am a regular passenger and i always gave 8 rupees bus fair . He said "eta amar bhara, tai ketechi, bes korechi r etai bhara eta amar bhara." he also blamed me rudely. He said, "apni nishchoi bolenni amarpally theke dunlop jabo, tai 8 taka niyeche apni ichhe kore kom bharay gechen."
I protested against him and requested him for a bus fair chart but he avoided me. After some time i asked him for the bus chart and the following conversation took place between us:
"dada apni bollen samne ache. Ekhane to kothao chart nei
Cond: ache samnei
Me: kothay ache ami dekhte chai dekhan.
Cond : ache pore dekhabo
Me : na ekhone dekhale problem kothay. Ami just dekhte chaichi
Cond: bollam to pore dekhabo, amar jokhon ichha dekhabo ichha na hole dekhabo, na jan problem hole ticket niye complain korun. Amar kissu korte parben na.
Me: apni ki power show korchen?
Cond : ja khusi korun dekhabo na
Me: don't show me your arrogance. I want to see the goddamn chart
Then he mummered a dirty slang to me.
Here is my request for taking step against him.

Bus not stopped at science city stoppage

At science city bus stoppage are at bypass road but various time vs 3/vs 4 buses are not stopping at science city stoppage rather we are waiting for it at stand the bus pass through main road.
It is very unfortunate that we waiting for a bus since 30 to 45 minutes and the bus passes in front of me and i cant catch the bus.
Please solve the problem as because we are waited for the bus since long time and service of the bus is not sufficient at the evening time around 6 to 6:30 pm.

Conductor Refused to Return Rs 50

Sir, I am a daily passenger on Patuli-Rubi route to my college. I and my friend came across a shameful incident on 4th Feb, 2015 at10 am while a conductor of a mini white bus run by WBSTC refused to return my 50 Rs. He simply said, go and complaint, i do not care. The bus no is WB23 C-0887. Looking for a solution.

Complaint regarding VS-1

Dear Sir,
I am your daily passenger of volvo bus (VS-1) get in your bus from kestopur. Today your bus VS1 (i.e WB-19D-9572) is not stopped in kestopur and try to overtake in bangur also. Driver who drive bus today always use to do so and we are facing this kind of problem everytime.
Request please look into this matter and take a strick action.

JM4 conductor charging fare which does not tally with the fare chart

This is to bring under the notice of the authority that a conductor of route no JM4, bus no WB 04H 6344 charges wrong fare & misguides passengers with irrelevant fare which does not tally with the authorized fare chart of that particular route.
Today (dated 08.09.14) I took JM4 bus from Ajaynagar around 8:30 in the morning to go to Tagore Park. The conductor charged me Rs8/- for the same distance which was supposed to be Rs7/- noted in the rate chart. I claimed to verify it from the rate chart whether I was paying the correct fare or not. As per the rate chart the fare is Rs 7/- upto science city from ajaynagar. But the conductor constantly insisted me to pay Rs8/- by showing wrong column of the fare chart & he gave me a ticket of Rs8/- (ticket no- 3483). On my enquiry I found that he did the same thing with the other co-passengers travelling along with me in the same bus.
So, I request the authority to take proper action in order to stop daily harassment & misguiding the passengers.

MH3 bus driver bad behaviour,

I am a regular passenger of MH3 bus. (Exide to Unitech)
On 24-Jul-2014 I boarded the bus from Exide at 11:35am to go to Salt Lake Sector 5.
Soon the bus was overcrowded and it was raining outside. The air inside bus was stinking and it was suffocating due to high humidity and wet clothes and umbrellas of people. Air conditioning was very low.
I politely requested the driver TWICE to only increase the Fan Speed (not even the cooling) so that at least the smell dissipates. I explained him the inconvenience caused.
But the bus driver growled back at me and did not do anything. He shouted back at me saying that the bus does not run on rules created by passengers. (Driver had dark complexion, thick lips, short height).
Please instruct drivers to control their anger and not to cause inconvenience to the passengers. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES earlier. You can call me at the below cell if you need more details.

To Increase The Number Of MW-1 A.C. Bus In Kolkata

For the last few days the availability of MW-1 A.C. buses during peak office hours has been affected.Several people travel by MW-1 from Sulekha in Jadavpur to Unitech in Rajarhat & the buses are not available on time mainly between 8:45 A.M. to 9:30 A.M., so please look into the matter & please provide more MW-1 buses for that route

Confusion about the location of vip bazar bus - stop and outrageous behavior of bus conductors

I am a regular passenger of the Ultadanga to Tollygunj bus route . In the morning at around 8-45 am, I catch a bus from VIP BAZAR, ( on EM By-pass) bus- stop. Around three months back, the old bus –stop of this area has been officially closed and a site 60-70 meters away from the old one is designated the new bus-stop. However, since then some unscrupulous bus drivers are taking advantage of the situation.
Barasat- Tollygunge bus is one such bus. Whenever full, it dies not stop at new stand to pick up the waiting passengers. Sometimes it will stop at the old stand and make the passengers run in the sun to catch the bus. Sometimes it doesn’t stop at all.
Last three days ( 2nd, 3rd and 4th of april 2014 ) I was victim of this outrageous behavior. The 9-50 a.m bus stopped at the old stand and picked up passengers and without taking me who was waiting at the new official bus –stop sped off.
I understand the shifting of bus-stand is to dilute traffic jam. But the authorities have taken this initiative they should also make sure that people are not confused about the location of the stop. the new place has only a sign-board but no shed. I pray a shed be put in the new stop and old one be dismantled. Also strict measures should be taken against the bus-owners who putas the passengers in trouble.

Fare chart is not proper

Hi,
There are VS volvo buses running from Airport to Esplannade.
In their fare chart, they kept the distance such that Ultadanga/Bidhan Nagar to DumDumPark as 4 km. Where I know and noticed that the distance between Ultadanga/Bidhan Nagar to kestopur (which is far from DumDum Park) is 3.7km. If any passenger travelling, to kestopur, the incharge in the bus charges rs.10 extra.
Please look into this matter.

Irregular bus service

I am a regular passenger of ST7 bus(Route Ultadanga to Shapoorji Pallonji), facing problem with the bus service for long time.
There are lots of people are dependent on this bus because only one bus(ST7) is available from our locality. We often tried to make understand our problem to all the driver and conductor of ST7 but they always shows some lame excuse and ultimately we have to suffer on road. This bus ST7 is the most irregular bus I have ever travel. Sometime we have to wait for more than 1 and half hour on road as there are no other bus for this route. Please take an immediate step to make this bus service regular(at least within 10 min interval).
