Non receive of Refund on Cancellation of Bus ticket

Sir,
My ticket no CTC2282603 was cancelled by WBTC on 6th June 2022 for which I am yet to get the refund. This is to also mention that the ticket was purchased online so the counter clerk clearly stated that the refund process would also be done online.
Therefore i request your good self to process the refund immediately.

for plying more buses for garia to new town via sdf & college more route

Dear Sir,
This letter is to inform you about the problem which we are facing due to non-availability of local buses in Garia Bus Stand to New Town via (College More & SDF) and New Town via (SDF & College More) to Garia Bus Stand. We are the resident of Garia locality Kolkata which is a busiest place of the town.
You must be cognizant that the total population of the locality are more than eighty thousand and out of that almost of the people are working professionals and travel to Sector V Salt Lake, Kolkata on a daily basis because of their work and we have realized that there is no any bus plying in the evening in these areas. Morning hours we few people can manage to reach at SDF & College more by one bus (bus no. S-14 at 8:50 am & 9:30 am route Garia to Karunamoyee via SDF, College more) and in the evening this bus avoid only at SDF & College more.
We have noticed that many people have started exploring the alternate ways of travel like- cabs, Ac-bus and private cars but as you know it' can't be an ideal solution of the problem.
May we request your urgent attention on this issue as we are paying huge money on alternate modes of travel and can't manage like this in a long run? We need proper transport management in the evening to reach at Garia from 7pm to 9pm.
Please attention to this matter and look forward to receiving your early response.
