Westside.com Complaints & Reviews

I have ordered from website.com on 16/08/2022, they have cancelled my order on 17/08/2022. When I made a call after many attempts they said money will be refunded after 7 working days. But today is 28/07/2022 and i have not received my money.
They are not taking calls also not responding to my mails and submit forms on their website.
Westside is TATA product but they are making frauds.
Please help someone otherwise I will lost my Rs 1258.20.

I have ordered some products on website.com on 2nd August the order id 290826. they are not confirming the order yet and they are not responding to our call. have already paid 1346 work thes products . I am trying to call them since many days but they are not responding.

I had purchased multiple products from Westside from Jan 1st 2022. Few items are returned. But Westside has not yet refunded my money. They are claiming that they have refunded and provided me reference number but it's not yet credited to my account. I reached out to bank and they mentioned saying the reference number is not matching with any of the records and asked me follow up with Westside. They have provided me some reference number but the money is not yet credited to my account. They also provided me some attachment which shows payment status as FAILED.
Please please help me to get back my money.
I am in need of money but Westside is cheating customers and their money as well..
