Refund not received for returned items, complaint raised 24 days back, no response from the customer care, tried on call, tweeted, messaged on insta, mailed, and still no response.

This is regarding my order: #309212 which I placed on August 07, 2022, 01:13PM.

Only one item from this order has been delivered so far, regarding the same I spoke to one of your customer care representatives he said due to technical issue my order got cancelled and I will get my refund in five working days.

However, I never got any email confirmation on my order cancellation or any text message also on App it is still showing order received.


I SENT EMAIL REGARDING THE SAME ON 16 AUGUST NO RESPONSE YET.

I've made a purchase on westside stores on 13/08/2022 order I'd - #326461 then i had to cancel it as there was no progress, the item was not even dispatched even after 4 days of purchase. The refund is not initiated by them. I've mailed them but I got response.
