I have purchased one Weston LED 32 inch TV on[protected] with 3 years of warranty. But in September 2021 it is damaged and I registered a complaint on 11.10.2021. I have been repeatedly calling both the company people and the dealer who supplied the product, still, no action has been taken from their side. The dealer was telling me that now this company is no longer available in the market so they can't do anything to fix my issue. last few months I have been trying to get assistance from the company but nothing is happening so kindly look in to the matter and do the needful

Purchased one wrston led smart tv on 27th january, 2018.

Within four months remote control system became non functional.

Complaint id no : 8f5-33665kosco[protected] dt 4th june, 2018.

Weston outsourced the services to jeeves engineers

Total 3 different so called tv engineers visited about 4/5 times till 22nd july, 2018., and verbally commented that some irrepairable problem persists with tv set.

After 22nd july, company has totally stopped taking any action and also ignored to reply.

It appears that company is just avoiding to organise the replacement of the defective tv set.

Six months is over by now, but the problem has not yet been resolved by the company.
