Dear sir
My name is kashish.This is bring to your notice that i have not taken loan from Wheels EMI. but without intimation they sent message that your installment is pending of Rs. 3635 and name which they mentioned in loan account is not related to me. . i attached a evidence for your referance .I have called their customer care executie they said we wrongly add your contact number in the name of Sunil Jhinak . How it is possible . please sir solve my problem as soon as possible

charging more amount than the loan amount

Recently i bought a bike -Honda deo -Second hand bike with the amount 47000
I had given 17000 advance and the rest i went for EMI(30000) .Bike cost is 45000 so i paid extra 2000 for insurance and registration charges.The Wheels EMI private limited providing finance for my bike loan.They had financed 34000 to the dealer which i dont know about the settlement (34000) amount as they did not sent the schedule detail for the past six month since from the loan taken.
Wheel EMI charge details
Processing fee-2000
Interest rate -18%
Wheels EMI asking me to pay the EMI -2597 for 18 months that comes around 46746
The dealer -quality bikes said that i need to pay 12 months (2500) initially and then i accepted the condition and then the Wheels EMI said that i need to pay for 18 months (2597)
So additionally i need to pay 16000 which is more headache.They are not doing ECS also and i am paying the EMI through cash and online payment.
I have been taking the personal loan and all stuff for past 10 years and the people like me are suffered a lot due to this if this is a case then how come the uneducated people will survive becoz of these dealer.

Worst thing. I foreclosed the loan on 13 August. It took them 10 days to update the payment status and still have not got my RC. Customer care is worst. They have fixed script with same answer.
Wheels EMI service is very poor very and very high rate interest 17% I have taken 99000 rupees only and total loan payment is[protected] interest I got Only 93000 in hand when I have reach the branch to settled full amount after 10 month his asking to pay 83926 after paying 10 months EMI of[protected] interest rate till date I have asked the branch manager what is this his tell me this a interest rate of Lessing 30k of interest rate in total and 600 closing charge if interested to pay pay it or go with EMI only and get out the office I now what we need to do no respect of the customer so totally I have lose 30k plus
