Sub: Lack of Response
This is with regard to above captioned subject. In this regard we regret to inform that we are facing difficulties (Technical and Financial) due to lack of response from your end from past few months.
Last month we have complained about non-working of GPRS in our vehicle number: TN52L1296, and for Five (5) days you have not attended our compliant, due to which we have suffered a loss of Rs. 5000/- per day. Now again we have raised another compliant for Vehicle No. TN73AF2963, again from past three(3) days there is no response.
You as a service provider have failed several times, inspite on so many requests and compliant's both orally and in written communication you people are least bothered to respond. We as a transporter have so many overheads viz Payment of EMI, Insurance, Road tax, Diesel expenses, Driver Salary and maintenance charges, even for a single day if we stop our truck we had to incur a loss of Rs. 5000/- to Rs. 10000/- per day.
Due to your negligence and recklessness we are facing a loss, we tried to explain you many times, but asusual no response and all went in vain.
This is the final time we are requesting you to attend the work, else we shall approach appropriate authority for further action against you.

Date 26.02.2020 ki baat hai ki mene wheelseye ki app se fast tag recharge karne ke liye wallet me money add karne ke liye 7 se 10 baar try kiya par recharge successfull nahi hua or dusri taraf mere account se rs. 65000 deduct ho gaye jo ki meri bank statement me [1.] rs. 20000, [2.] 20000 [3.] 15000 [4.] 10000 ke roop me deduct hue meri wheelseye customercare se baat hui to usne kaha ki apki amount apko vaapis 24 se 48 ghante me vaapis apke personal account me mil jayegi,
Wheelseye wale kahte hai ki hame payment received nahi hui hai kyoki transaction fail ho gayi hai ye bank ki taraf se galti hai or paisa bank ki taraf se revert nahi hua hai. Jiska screenshot iske saath attached hai.
