Whitehat Junior Complaints & Reviews

My son is enroled into piano classes. We do not want to continue it and want a refund. When i call them their IVR takes me around in circles. I need someone to contact me asap and complete the refund.

I have enrolled my son for music and coding classes with WHITEHAT junior. Initially we were offered the course with a policy of full refund and cancellation at any time . also free device comes withthe course was told to us by a whitehat employee. I paid the EMI for 2 months then cancelled the course . after the cancellation i got to know that WHItehat has a thirdparty Shopse merchant who has taken a loan on my account. at the cancelllation the SHOPSE refunded only partial amount to my bank and so bank is charging the remaining amount from my account. Evan aftetr the course cancellaation I m stillbeing charged for it. Its been 8 months i have cancelled the course and yet i am paying the EMIs also the music instrumentamount is being charged from myaccount. Whitehat is giving excuses when asked. also shopse team too.
please help.
