I purchased items over a year ago, and they have not sent it and have been ignoring my WhatsApp messages. Before I sent them money, they were very responsive and everything, which is why I thought they were real. As soon as I sent them my money, no response and no product. A year later, I decide to see if they’re still scamming people, and they are! I just asked if the items I already bought are still available, and they said they are and that they will send me since I didn’t get it last year. Now, they’re not responding again. I keep trying to send them Hellos or ask if some product is available to get a response. Last night, I asked if they deliver products outside India. They read that message, but must have seen the history and realized I’m someone they already scammed, and so again, no response. They are complete frauds! DON’T BUY FROM THEIR AITE! You will never get anything back. They take your money and disappear.

The ICICI Bank account is under Parithan Global Exports. Bank account number is[protected]. Branch Batar, Surat, Gujarat. After received the payment, he informed me after one week that he didn't go to office and will check the status of delivery. After that there is no response from him until now. He is not answering to our direct phone call and Whatsapp call and to my messages. I paid rs5850 using my Axis bank account (internet bank transfer). Please help me to get back my money. Had placed order recently through this website, and found it was a scam !! This guy name ranvijay communicated with me over whatsapp and said my order will be processed after i remit money to their account, upon doing so i found out details of gayatri textiles being provided as manufactures and their bank account details, however until today i have not rcvd my order ...and the person never answers...pls be aware!!!

Its a big scam company they are running. They don't deliver products after charging money. Everyone is requested not to order anything fro them.

I ordered sarees amounting to Rs33, 114 and this guy by the name of Gaurav informed that once pymt received the order will be sent to me via courier. Till now he has not been answering my calls and ignored totally. My bad I did not search for reviews about this company. Is there a way we can track down this ###. His number is [protected]. Authorities please take action. Dont take bribe

I wish I read these complaints before ordering from them. They are scamming people! I never received my order. The guy either never replies or keeps on saying my order is processing. And this is me not bothering him yet. I'm sure if I keep on asking him he'll block me.

SCAM ALERT !!

I ordered the clothes worth INR 60, 000 from the website wholesalemantra.com. I approached them through the number provided on their website (given below) and a person named Gaurav talked to me. After taking the payment he stopped picking my call and replying my mesaages. The email address they have provided on their website also does not exist- Give it a try!! This is a scam. Never buy from this website. They also deal with the name Paridhan Global Exports.

I paid the total amount of GBP £425
I had placed my order on October 4th and I haven’t received my orders yet. The main reason that was given to me is due to festival season the items were out of stock. The one who communicates via WhatsApp took me 15 days to inform that the items were not in stock. He sent me some few pictures and I had selected the ones I liked. I even requested for a refund for the items which were out of stock which is my right according to the company’s policies but he said the order has already been processed.
And now, when I wanted updates about it no one receives the call nor replies to my message.
How can you take peoples hard earned money just like that ! Total fraud and liars! Their company should be closed down!

Wholesale mantra is a big SCAM!! Believe these reviews and NEVER order from them. I feel this person changes the number after every few months. The same number is provided on both facebook and on the website. There is only one number and that person never answers it. I tried contacting from a different number pretending to make an order and he replied straightaway then when I asked him about my order status he ignored everything.

Wholesalemantra are total liars. Never buy from them and get cheated. I hope karma will screw them for earning easily from our hard earned money. They never supply me any catalog for almost one month now since i paid and never bother reply my msg.

I have ordered salwar khamez on[protected]. Order no is 3424. Amount is 3660. Website is showing that retail order is avialble. But if we are ordering single product, they are asking us to order wholesale products after payment.
If we are calling, they are not at all picking the call. Already we made more than 200 calls. Contacted through whatsapp for refund. But no reponse. Requested for alternate material. But still no response. If still no response, we will be filling complaint with consumer court and cyber crime.

Pathetic people n fraud company never by from them first they will say stock is available once u pay the amount they will say its out of stock n everydat they will tell u new stories, i have order stock of 21000inr from usa for one of my event. Till month he was just saying that he have sent the courier but receipt is not generated finally my sister told him that if he will not give courier receipt num we will do police complain after that he sent courier n what i received its pathetic quality kurti n which design i have order he sent some thing else. A big fraud company they cannot fool people like this n do business. I dont know who are giving them a good reviews. I think we should drag them to the court. Heres my experience with this idiotic company:

A guy approached me on my WhatsApp based on my account details ( i created on their website). From then on everyday he messaged me asking place your order...first place it if not those items will be gone and was after me to transfer money ASAP. I live in US and had to transfer using an app. It took 3 days to get deposited and all this information has been communicated with screenshots of when they expect to receive my funds and he did receive the messages from bank on the transaction ( because at one point he messaged saying the funds are received to ICICI and still waiting to get deposited to his account). As promised on March 12th 2018, he got the funds deposited and the same day after the funds are deposited he said, the 3 dresses i am interested in are all sold out ( not even one single item is available -- not just the ones i am interested but any of the items under Single Items column). That made me feel very interesting. I continued to see those items as "in Stock" on their website till date and when I questioned him he said, I am not the only customer they have and they have sold it to the other customer and the website is not updated.

when i asked on the next steps, he said he will email me the new available list and after 3 days (after constant follow up and his story of having a market strike in surat and he couldn't email me the latest list...his reasoning of so funny...as if all the outbound emails are blocked by Surat government lol ) - finally he emailed me two dress designs. The pictures he sent are so cheap and not even close to the ones I previously ordered.

So I said, i didn't like any of these, he said he can mail some more in coming days. But by now, based on his responses, his language used, I got an understanding of his online business scam and interesting enough i am not the only one who faced this ###...as there are tons of online reviews.

So I kept saying" I want my money back" and provided the Indian bank details...he said he couldn't return money no matter what, as per their policy and provided the return policy link asking me to read and understand their terms.

It was very funny that this idiotic guy doesn't know their company policy and he asked me to read thru it as if I failed...It is very clearly stated that we have right to ask for refund and the money will be refunded within 10 business days as they sold out my goods and havent got any goods in return from/ nothing has been shipped. Finally he challenged saying go raise your dispute with the local bank and do what you can do.

Don't waste your time and money dealing with this company and its unprofessionals...they are big time scammers..looters...cheaters...(Beggars are much better than them as they atleast beg for their living unlike these cheaters who live off of someones hardearned money shamelessely).

We ordered for our retail business. The company promises big but does not fulfill at all. They gave me a total which i paid. They sent part of my order and then asked for more money saying that shipment cost was more than they anticipated. Now because i had already paid them for my entire order which was around a 1000 dollars i had no choice but to pay couple more hundreds. When i was delayed to pay they threatened to cancel my order even though it was paid for. Two months later i am still waiting for my order with no reply or explanation from the rep i deal with yash. They see my messages but won’t reply. Worst customer service. Even worst attitude. This company is nothing but lies and bad customer service

My order number is 1276, ordered last month. I have been given false promises, even sent pictures to me saying that the sarees are packed and ready to ship, i am asking for the tracking number and till date no information.

The person who i am talking is yash, he doesn't even respond to my messages.

Until i transferred the money they were after me, now no response.

Hi... Last month i online order dress and sarees in wholesale mantra wholesalers.. I order around 48000 rupees. I order on 28/6/2017. I pay through online net banking payment. Once i paid i contact them i paid your money then send my parcel. Until now i am not receive any parcel from them. I call many times but they are not responding my call. Sometimes they are not atten my call aslo. I think they are cheat my money.. Then i check the review in internet i noticed they cheating everyone money like this.. So help me to track the website owner and seal the website from public. Someone please help me to get my money
