Hi, i purchased a (So called) elan leather bag worth 11, 000 at a discounted price of 7, 500. The sales guy mentioned it as a genuine leather bag and made the sale happened. After a few months o[censored]sage, it got peeled off and i sent it for the check. It came to know that it is not at all a leather product. I approached william penn where i purchased and showed the product. They said they will send it to the main branch and get the resolution....

I purchased a zippo lighter from william penn's website and they are not shipping it even after 3 days. When i called them, they told me that it will be shipped after another 7 days. It seems as if they have to make the lighter from scratch and then ship it! Bloody inefficient company!

I sent an email to their customer service team as well but they can not be bothered to reply, apparently.

Zippo made the worst decision by making them their india representatives!

This is a concern than I wish to share in regards to the Dalvey card Case that I purchased from William Penn outlet located at Infinitti 2, Malad (W), Mumbai, India. I am highly displeased and regret of buying this said product. What I expected and was promised by your representatives at the store o[censored]tmost quality standards. However this is not what I got for paying a premium for a so called quality product in return. This card holder...
