I placed order on willora.com site on Rs. 990 for kurtis for woman. I registered on the site with my phone number. on 27th of April. I received my order but it was different from which I have ordered. Then I post a mail to return it and refund and drop a massage. But nobody to entertain my complaint or problem. They are not poviding there customer service no. also. Please help to get my refund.

I have ordered the cloths worth rs 1150 on willora site. Firstly there were no communication on the delivery of the order. I contacted them through facebook. I received the order finally but with wrong products, the quality of the cloths is very very poor. Now i have tried to contact them through facebook, email and phone, i am not able to reach them. They blocked me on facebook. Phone is always switched off. They doesn't really through mail at all. It's a really fraud site. Please help...

Received horrible product from this shopping site today. The website looks very professional and there is no clue of the fraud things seen. I paid 1200 for combo set kurti. The display shows branded kurti like libas, anouk, sassafras but the received items are worst than foot path ones. Such websites should be banned and should be put in news so that no more people get fooled.

As i ordered set of 5 long gown kurtis from your website and product which was delivered to me os not which i have ordered. Please its a kind request to you to take that product back and refund my money to my bank account. Its a kind request from me. The product is very bad
We can't say that it is a new product, its like a old product packed in a white polythene.

I had order kurtis through website at willora.com on 2 may 2019. The order was delivered however the kurtis was not the same for which i placed the order. I called up customer care who informed me to write a mail. I had written mail but to no avail. I also called up on the number given in website. One of the agent of willora picked my called and informed me about refund process instantly. He firstly send me link to install teamviewer app on my phone which i did and asked me to connect the same by providing him ten digit password and thereafter told me to open paytm app in which there is option o[censored]pi. Thereafter he told me to put password however i got suspicious about his act. He was using teamviewer app. I asked him i will not put the password until teamviewer app is uninstalled. He got annoyed and told me my refund will not be processed. He was committing fraud upon me..
Friends this website is fraud and i gave complaint to chandigarh police for the same. This website be delisted.

I ordered 5 set of dresses worth rs.2500. Yesterday i received the product and paid cash on delivery. When i opened the product, frst it was wrong set of dresses which i did not order. Other is it is of very cheap material. They are not updating the status of order as delivered in their web site. Hence unable to place return request. Tried calling on contact number mentioned: [protected]. This number comes switched off most of the time.

I have ordered set od 4 festive wear kurtis. Order number wlr[protected]. Received wrong product. I have raised request for returning the product. Also sent an email to will official website but no luck.

My first purchase from willora but received with worst ever cheap quality of wrong product. I ordered 2 nos of kurtas with rs. 990/- on 3. May 2019. Waited for a week. After that i tried to call them. But the numbers they had given in the site was wrong. After that i had contacted them through facebook messenger. Quickly they responded and told they will be taking corrective action on this. The very next day i got call from ecom express courier that the product they want to deliver and the ecom express carrier delivered the same i really got shocked seeing the product. The product received is not the product which i have ordered. I tried to contact willora team through the responded messenger. They have blocked the messenger also. I written a mail to them in care. [protected]@gmail.com. They have not responded for the mail. Its really a fake site fraud cheating a

This is a fake site. I have ordered a combo n paid dm 1000. What i hv received is completely different n bad product. I hv ordered something else. Dey r making money by fooling people. This company must b sued and i wish i would have seen these posts before ordering my order. Dey even did not revert back mail. Dey hv planned a good game by collecting money by fraud

This website is totally fake.They attract people by showing them beautiful dresses and at last produce them completely different and worst quality products. Neither they are replying to any mails or message.I have been emailing them since the day I have received my product but unfortunately no response.
Should immediately take strict action against this fraud company so that no more people can be befooled by them and people can get their money back.
Please look through this problem because a lot of people are facing it.

I ordered kurti WLR[protected] it has blue, yellow, sandal and red with black kurtis very beautiful, but I received entirely different kurti, very nasty, very poor quality. I have raised a customer complaint to refund my amount. I could see so many issued complaint here on willora, . Willora FB page doest work now.its customer support number doesn't work. There is no way to reach them except email, hope they are not fraudulents and return back my money.

We have ordered five items from ur mall and received all the five items but all those items were wrong in colur design and material .how many times i.called the customer care number I got it as switched off . I have even mailed but I didn't not receive any reply even after 72hrs . When will I be served correctly.if it is not responded with in 24hrs I will definitely take an serious legal action against you people.its not a threatening complaint genuine complain I hope u will understand my problem and serve me as soon as possible.

Date of incident: may 7 (I paid rs. 1980 as cash on delivery)
I ordered 4 sarees vide order no. Wlr[protected].
Its very unfortunate that i received the wrong and cheap sarees. So, i would like to return the items. Please do the needful to take the items back and return my money of rs.1980, at the earliest.

My first purchase from willora but received with worst ever cheapest quality of wrong product. I ordered 2 nos of kurtas but got delivered by ecomexpress with hopeless useless quality and that too totally different from the product i ordered. No reply for my complaints though ive tried through several modes. I want my product to be returned and my money refunded. Will help my other fellow friends and won't let them get cheated like us. Willlora.com is online shopping fraud company which is not registered with mca of registrar of companies. Ecom express courier service is make agreement with willlora.com as a partner. Ecom express is delivering all th products to the customers who ordered online using willlora.com.

But willlora doesn't have proper customer service, not even one genuine contact number. The ordered products by the customers are not even 1% match with delivered products by willlora through ecom express. We have been continuously raising the concern with ecom express but they are not least bother and still continuing the delivery services to willora.

I had ordered four cotton kurtis from willora.com of large size at rs.1190.. But the product i received was not the one they have shown in their ads... I tried to contact the customer care number... But the number given was also fake... I emailed the site to return my product but they are not responding...in a bid to earn more money the site is cheating the customers...

I have ordered a set of 4 unique cotton kurtis of rs1090 and delivered on 8th may '2019 through cod from ecom, but the product recieved was very poor quality and wrong product, so i send mail to care. [protected]@gmail.com for return as per their return policy, but they are neither replying mail nor responding the call... What can i do now to get my hard earned money back??? Pls help.

I orderd 2 kurtis rs 990 but got bad quality totally different stuff
I try to contacted their coustomer care but dont pick up the call i mailed to their id no response yet i need the money back
And plz remove all these types of fake shopers from the society

I had ordered kurtis combo worth rs.4000 and had recieved all the deceptive ones.

Very bad quality. The kurtis don't even cost 150/-. All the kurtis were deceptive.. And are not picking up the customer care call.
And i want a refund for the same. I had called them several times and the number is busy all the time. The number on the website is apparently wrong.

And i received wrong products in the order on friday, may 3, 2019.
Picture of original item doesn’t match with what was delivered. I want to return the products and want my money worth ₹4020 back. Please arrange a pick up for the of products and return my money. This is my first experience with wiillora.com but i can say this is my worst experience my order number is wlr[protected] against this oder, they sent me wrong items with cheapest quality i attached ordered items images and receive images for proove. Amount paid for items is 2080 rupaye

This company was provided different product and from last 6-7 days, i had raised a return and refund request but i donot got and reply and still product is not pick up from delivery address. And we not got any response from his/her site.

When i opened the parcel there were 2 same top with very cheap quality. Although i registered a complaint with the website on their support email-id, i didn't received any reaponse.

Very dissatisfied with the product recieved they delivered wrong product, no address or phone number provided for return policy, they are not even answering mails, my order no is wlr[protected], delivered by ecom express, help help me to get my refund back, i tried messaging the site but out of reach, the dress material doesn't even costs 200 rupees

I had placed order of combo 2 kurtis vide order no WLR[protected]. But the product which i received is not matching with the product ordered. The company is fraud and they dont have any complaint number. they have just e mail ID to which they never respond . Its been 1 week that no reply has been received. Also when i logged in to review my order they have removed the order details also.
I request to take action against the company
