This company set up a DD without my consent, I had never heard of the company until I received the email from them.

Can't even log in to cancel it as I don't have an account...

Taken money from my account don't even no what this windeals is I want a refund...

After a shopping from a website, i got a call from windeals that i won a trip and if i dont want to go they will transfer a cash. I have made all the payments details below mail which came from them. They kept asking for more and more, so i asked for refund and did complaint to rbi also after that they asked me to wait till 8/8/2019, however not all their numbers are off.

They cal and told me that i have win europe tour prize for i have to pay 7200 after that if i convert it into case i can do it than they told that i have to pay 16200 get for prize money that is 1 lakh 80 thousand than i pay it after that they are asked me after few days that i have to pay 12000 for surety then also i pay after that they doesn't pay my money now they phn no are switched off.. On day i got a call from windeals.com. He told me " you have selected for tour prize. For that u have to buy one product from us. Due to continue getting call for the same then i bought one product of ₹450. After that he told me u have selected for switzerland tour. And i denied then he said okay no problem u can take money instead of tour package then i said ok. Again i got one call. Then he said u have to pay ₹6500 then u can claim...
