They will nt use inner interior cover to protect frm dust and glass peaces while removing the glass and all my inside interior got dusted and with minor scratches

Hi shivaraj here from bangalore, yesterday (2/4/19) i got replaced my verito windshield from windshield experts deckenson road bangalore.

But today morning windshield got air crack, same as been communicated to windshield experts deckenson road branch... But till now i have not received any positive commitments from the team even after multiple fallowups.

I am continuously contact and email to windshield expert at vasant vihar center for my repairing settlement issue, but not any given response, as per windshield experts comment to all documents sent to oriental insurance for reimbursement, but i have not receive the reimbursement till date, i approach against oriental insurance than reply has been received documents not provide by windshield.

Had the worst experience with windshield experts, goregoan, bhandur nagar (Mumbai). I came in this morning asking them to check the glass and what are the scratches. They confirmed that the same was on the glass and nothing could be done about it. Also, mentioned that my glass is darker than the one they were about to fit and told them to confirm if there is a film to which they said you cannot get to know if there is a film or not you need to change this. Isn't checking if there is a film or not basically the first thing they should do?
They removed the old glass and in the process cracked it etc. On which i noticed that there was a film on the glass. I ripped the film out and there was nothing on the glass
I asked them about this to which they again said there's no way, your glass was darker there may have been a film.
Such a horrid thing! Claiming to be experts, they could not figure if there is a film on the glass or not? Suffering the price of rs. 5850 for their negligence.
Hate the fact that i had to pay close to 6k, when all that could've been done was have the film removed.
Experts should check the glass first before suggesting a change, this is like daylight robbery.

Hello Sir, This is regarding a complaint for cheat, harassment & non-response from Windshield Experts company. I got replaced my Maruti Swift front windshield on 09/02/2014 from your Windshield Experts center Vasant Vihar. I have paid Rs. 1, 800 in cash and remaining amount they claimed from my vehicle Insurance provider IFFCO-Tokio. Complaint detail and facts - 1. They replaced the windshield in my absence as they said that it will take 4-5 hours to get approval from insurance company and replacement of windshield. So they asked me to go home and come back after 4-5 hours. 2. When I came back after 4-5 hours, I saw that they have already replaced the windshield but when I checked my vehicle I raised my concern with service engineer that they have broke a plastic panel on which they fit windshield and I also raised my concern about the alignment of that panel but they said that it will be all right within 2-3 days will automatically get settled. Now' just after 3 days on 13/02/2015 evening, I noticed a crack on middle of windshield which was very shocking for me, I called up their Vasant Vihar center and complaint about this. They asked me not to come today and bring the vehicle on but Monday, 16/02/2015. But I went there on Sunday 15/02/2015 I and lodged my complaint and asked them to provide replacement of the same. They took some photographs of cracks on windshield said that they will forward these photographs and complaint to their Head Office and will provide best resolution to my complaint. However, after lodging complaint on 15/02/2015 they did not provide any response in their own. I had to call everyday 3-4 times. Whenever I call their Vasant Vihar center they always reply to me that customer care office will respond to your query and when I call their customer care no.[protected] they just reply that they are working on it and will get back very soon. Now today, 24/02/2015 when I called again to their customer care their quality team manager responded to my complaint by giving some technical reasons and refused to provide replacement of the windshield. It is really frustrating to hear such a negative response after doing a long follow up for around 10 days. I am feeling cheated by their unprofessional behavior and response to the consumer. I have recently get the front mirror changed from Windshield, Kingsway Camp 1 month back. After getting my car back for the work done, what I notice was that the bidding of top of one side is not there. I complained them, and even that bidding was there in the photograph(since it was insurance case), they reluctant to agree on it. Too strange that that even after clear proof these companies have no checking and action taken after such cheap nuisance.

My name is Waseem Ahmed Mir, I joined Windshield Experts (Shield Autoglasses ltd) which is actually a child company of ASAHI INDIA SAFETY (AIS) as a Centre Manager, on June 11 2008. I was posted at the Tilak Nagar branch and was transferred to Laxmi Bai Nagar Market branch after six months and was transferred to Jagatpuri branch after a year . I sent my resignation on 16th of November and served my notice period of one month as per my offer letter which was confirmed by the HR of the company. Till date my salary for more than a month and a half and when contacted the HR she informed me that it will be released along with the Full And Final while as when I had visited the Head Office after a couple of days of serving my last day at Jagatpuri Centre and was informed that it will be released within 10 days which contradicts to what they had informed me. In the meantime I called the HR to know that when the salary will be released she always give me an excuse that the HR head of AIS has to decide when to release the salary. When I contacted AIS HR head , he informed me that he was not the one to be contacted because he was not the concern person to contact and that I will have to follow the same with Windshield Experts HR, which was denied by the Windshield Experts HR.
Please advise on the same as I am facing a lot of problems .
