Dear sir/madam,

This is my ordered number : [protected]

I've ordered 2 items from winni.in website.

1. Ferrero rochers bouquet - rs, 999
2. Small white teddy bear - rs, 249

After discount i spent rs.1061/-

But what i got delivered from the above 2 items is fully different which is not worth for the money.

Teddy color is brown instead of white & red and in ferrero roucher bouquet i've not found artificial flowers only white papers had been wrapped & delivered, which i've confirmed before ordering from customer care they said it will be included.

When i called & asked many times to customer care people they are simply keeping hold for long long time & later informing sorry sometimes it happens the images which appear in website is not correct, it has been edited and we can't do anything about this & disconnecting. They are saying directly sometimes it happens sorry & all. No proper response from 2 days.

Its a hard earned money so feeling disappointing so thought of approaching here.

Can you please do the justice please.

You can find in the attachment of the snap which i ordered & what i received both in the attachment.

I've not used the items it kept in same way how it got delivered to me.

I've sent mails also with images but no response from them

Please clear this issue.

    We had ordered a set of roses for delivery on the same day. The payment was made online via my credit card. But after few hours of payment the company called back to say we dont have it & they can only deliver cakes in my place. The order was placed through their website only & the payment was made immediately as it was a same day delivery. If they had no stock of the item & it was a same day delivery, they should not have accepted the order. Instead they took the order & forcing the customer to accept what is available with them. The order was made on 5th feb 2020. Order no. [protected].

      I had ordered a bouquet to be delivered the bouquet in the picture was described as a bunch of red roses packed in a blue parch paper and tied up by blue ribbon. But the order delivered was a bunch of pathetic looking red roses tied up with a thread and it looked really shabby. I called up their customer care and asked for refund to which they replied that they won't be able to refund full amount but 100 rs which are packing charges. I am not happy with the product delivered and i demand full refund for the embarrassment i had with the one whom i sent those flowers. Please look into the matter and make sure such fraud companies are shut down. And justice is done to the consumers

          I visited www.winni.in website ("website") on 25th august 2019, which is an internet based content and e-commerce portal owned and operated by dhawala online solutions private limited, a company incorporated under the laws of india.

          I placed an order#[protected] for "a bunch of yellow lilies" to be delivered at dehradun and i made the online payment of rs. 1, 540.00.

          To my disappointment, instead of "yellow lilies" they delivered "pink lilies" which is altogether different. Please find the photos attached of the confirmation of email with the order and the product delivered. They are trying to dump their own choice onto me and charge me for something that i don't want.

          I have been requesting them to refund my money for the same and they are not willing to do so and hold on to my money for something that i never wanted.

            Order not delivered and the reason states is that wrong pincode and i had to pay extra but 2 years back a cake delivery was made at the same address and the same pincode

            Also they demanded me an extra amount to deliver to the following address.
            The customer care doesn't even care about we say they are just trying to prove that they are correct even when i have sufficient details and also all the other shopping sites deliver in the same address with no problems but seems like winni operates in its own world and then they say the vendor is not agreeing to deliver without extra payment.

            I don't understand this thing are we buying from winni or directly the vendor. If winni is not smart enough to convince their vendor i would suggest them to close their business rather than troubling the general public.

            This is the second time i faced this issue with winni.
            Last time when i ordered a wishes card these people delivered a get well soon card. This is seriously hurtful as these people have just spoiled the day which should been a celebration

              I share my bad experience occured today (10/5/2019) with www.winni.in
              I ordered red velvetcake and a red rose bouquet as a surprise gift for my wife's birthday on 9th May 2019. I ordered the cake through online as i live abroad. I asked them to deliver those things between 10 and 11 am.
              The cake was delivered on time and late afternoon i heard that they didn't deliver the bouquet.
              Late evening we spoke to the concerned member and cancelled the cake and the cleberation was over and it was also accepted and it was informed that they will refund the amount for the bouquet
              the next day, as my family went out, a personal from the ...online shopping store called my wife and said they will deliver the bouquet to the next door neighbor. She said that it has been already cancelled and also said not to deliver it to the neighborhood. But
              The deliver Boy knocked the neighbors and said that the door was locked yesterday. The neighbourhood person also confirmed that yesterday there was party and they are fully available and today they are out.
              Yet the person, gave the bouquet which was completely dried and lifeless.
              Those people are not ready to refund instead they played a awkard game and delivered the cancelled product to neighbourhood and got signed up for the task. We are totally humiliated and completely annoyed by the unacceptable behavior of the online cake service... Store.
              Let this not happen to anyone.

                I have ordered cake and flowers on mother’s day. Whole day i was trying to follow up but i couldn’t reach them. The phone numbers are always busy. Chat support is of no use. And for email i got automated responses. The product not delivered but received the message as product delivered. I did a mistake that i ordered from them, they don’t even bothered to respond properly. We pay for the service but they just don’t care. This is too frustrating. Never order from this site.

                  I have not received any order number [protected] made on 12.5.19. I got the msg it is delivered. Refund my money. What is this? All the contact number are busy since morning. What kind of service is this. No response. You're cheating on the customers. I have written several mails since morning but there's no response they are sending me system generated mail again and again. None of the contact number is responding. All number are busy. Such a fraud side such a huge mistake i made. I m sad and upset yesterday was a special day. I wanted to surprise my mother. On mother's mother's day. You ruined my day. Relevance of the day is over. At least have some shame to respond me and listen to my complaint. Refund my money back. M highly disappointed

                    A placed an order online for half kg plum cake online for a birthday occasion seeing the menu that showed a round plum cake. But i was delivered slices of plum cake in rectangle boxes and not a round one. Also i was delivered with a veg cake even though i did not choose the eggless option.

                    Upon speaking to them they have misinformed me that the plum cakes don't come in round and i'm forced to take the slices which was not mentioned anywhere while selecting the product. Also they have mentioned the veg sticker is labelled by mistake and it is infact a non-vegetarian cake.

                    They are neither in a position to provide a replacement not provide refund.
                    As a customer i'm forced to take a veg came when i needed nonveg cake and also a round one. They did not even mention if someone is coming back to pick up the cake or not

                    The company even though they said it's in bangalore, the customer care calls keep going to punjab numbers and they are unable to resolve the issue.

                    Need complete refund of 720rs.

                      I had ordered two cakes from Winni.in for my Brother-in-laws and Nephew's birthday. Both are in same day.

                      1. The order was booked to be delivered on Mar 21, 2019 and agreed timeline was by 5. After 5 PM, when did I chat with Winni.in - It is told that due to Holi, it would be late. Please wait and the order would be delivered within next 1 hour. I was ok with it. After 1 hour, I tried to connect with them over calls and chats.

                      Worst Customer Service - By 6 PM, when the order did not get delivered, I had tried 6 to 7 times through chat - After I sent message "What is the status of my order" - No Response. I had called their customer service numbers [protected] and [protected] for nearly 23 times - The numbers were always busy. Trust me - I was nowhere on that day, handing in air. I did not have any update on my order, moreover my dignity, Image and respect was on stake and got sold out in front of my relatives already.

                      Winni.in should have showed a message (regarding the delay in deliverables due to Holi) at payment page or any related pages in their online website, to stop customer from ordering cakes and other stuffs if they desperately need the order to be delivered in the same day. If customers still place order then it is customers responsibility and they could not blame Winni.in for late deliveries. This is like confuse customers, giving false assurance of delivering the product in between the time slot, they choose. If I could see the message, I never had ordered the cakes from Winni.in and that could have saved my loss.

                      No Communication - Winni.in should have informed me that my order delivery is going to be delayed to next day on Mar 21, 2019, but they did not. I was somewhere in Air, in depression. I have all right to know status of my order. If It would have informed me, I could order cakes from other places and can save my dignity and image.

                      2. The best part is- I received multiple calls from an arrogant executive the next day in morning saying that the delivery boy is standing on gate. I informed that I no longer require it for which I get a response that THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR ORDER NOT ACCEPTED. Who would want to have a cake after the party is over and guests have left and how could you force your customer to accept the order. This is being told if the order will not be accepted then they would mark the order completed.

                      Company is saying,

                      “We clearly mentioned in our website for the special day, if we are unable to deliver the order then we will be delivered the order within the next 52 hrs. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.”

                      My Question is why it was not displayed on the page of the online website, may be in their payment page? You cannot just mention things in your terms and conditions and sit aside.

                      My dignity, Image and respect was on stake and got sold out in front of my relatives already. Please help me to get my money back at least for the value I lost. The company should understand the products and services they are dealing with are not only the products but that could impact and hamper the life, values and relationship of the person.

                        It was the worst exp of my life. I ordered ferrero rosher cake for my wifes birthday with heart shape and birthday wish written on it. Nothing was there on it. No wish and no heart shape for which i payed extra and it costed me 2100+for that pathetic cake. U can get it for 300 rupees.

                        They spoiled my surprise gift and flower i ordered and wht i received was diffrent. Lucky bamboo plant, which i ordered with bowl and ichoose higher priced one expecting good one with bowl. But waste also. No bowl and a small one instead of ordering large one. I spend 3900 for these thing and they spoiled the birthday.

                        Just an advise if any one going to order from them. U will be disappointed. U will not get what u expected. I[censored] still want to go and order. Best of luck.

                          The valentine teddy that i had selected as add on and the teddy that they have sent are totally different. They charged me 499 rs for that and how can they send a different one, this is really not acceptable. I had selected that particular teddy for a reason by paying 499, how could they just randomly send a different one. Kindly look into this company asap as there are many complaints on their fb page as well.

                              I ordered online cake for mothers day, same day delivery. Order no. [protected], online payment was done.
                              The cake was not delivered on 13 may, and there was no call from company regarding delay for same. On 14 may 18 i got call from cake shop for address, i told them not to do now as date of delivery has gone.
                              Subsequently on 14 may, arnd 1430 i got mail from winni.in that your order is delivered.
                              I wrote to them that i got it cancelled, because it was delayed. There reply was that we could not deliver because of rush. I asked for money refund, which they had not agreed upon.
                              Please interfere and save customers from these sites.

                                I placed and order with Winni.in for a cake plus flowers delivery on 13th May, in the category 'Same day Delivery', the amount for which was paid online and it was supposed to get delivered to the given address on 13th May itself between 8 am to 9 pm, but its has not been delivered yet, its not even dispatched and is still in processing

                                The customer care number is of no use, the line is always busy, and they are not even responding me with proper status of my order.

                                Please take appropriate action.

                                  Ordered a combo of cake and flowers costing 1000rs for mother’s day and they falsely send email that product has been delivered. After calling many their customer help responded saying it will be delivered in half an hour but the product was not delivered at all yesterday and now they refused to refund and are even not responding to the help line numbers and the product has not been delivered yet

                                    Fraud company. I had ordered for a bouquet and few chocolates on valentine's day for someone who stays away. The order is not delivered as yet and the refund is also not done. These people will never understand the sentiments o[censored]s and will not even bother to say sorry. Ground level customer service. Worst ever. My order number is #[protected] on winni.in. Never trust this site guys!
                                    I ordered a cake for my friend on his birthday on 10th December 2018 from www.winni.in. We got a wrong horribly looking came from what was ordered.
                                    Its highly disappointing that they charged a huge sum for the cake and delivered an awful cake.
                                    Please find attached the cake that was delivered and what we ordered.
