I visited Winny Immigration Ahmedabad for offer for CANADA PR &Regional category Work Permit without IELTS, I have paid 65000 + GST as constultancy fees, but there are not providing service and dont reply for my refund as I have already email on their customer support.

Winny has not provided any services as promised, in fact, they have bluffed me during point calculation where they had added 30 points from job offer which they are denying now. Their case officer is just awful who was deliberately neglecting the case even after writing to him multiple times making me sending him same documents again and again, filling up forms were also my responsibilities where I had to rectify his mistakes, providing right NOC code was my job infact as he was so confused n missed my work experience. I haven't yet got my NOC code confirmation neither any clarity in their work process. They have not made my international cv neither providing me any job assistance as per contract and now saying if I wish I can go ahead with my 60 points which is no where would stand for the pr pool which was very much known to all. They have not prepared my file and now avoiding my mail nor they are responding. I had to spend almost 1.4lakhs for their fees and other exams, wes verification and transportation for no reason. They have cheated me knowingly that I'm single has no back support n cannot go for PR without job offer from Canada. I want my money back right now without fail and govt shall take strict legal action against such companies who rob people for the sake of their profitability and target sales. Winny shall refund my money on immediate basis as I do not want to waste my time and effort with my hard earned money for getting cheated constantly. Case officer Umang choksi, Miten Baghel, Ms. Ami and CEO should be punished for their heinous act and playing with life of people.
