I have ordered for a sony wireless behind neck in ear headphone with bose wireless earbud but i received a sony wired headphone. Over the packet the ordered thing has been printed however the same is not inside. Please change the product. I have paid the cod amount but after opening teh packet found teh product to be different.

Dear sir/madam,
Today i received the courier and paid money on basis of cod through phone pe 1599 to deliver boy (Dharsan) and found the wrong duplicate wired headphone of sony in the delivered box, but on box written wireless behind neck in e headphone with wireless earbu and there was no details of the company and address as communicated in the mail.
So kindly help me out from this kind of fraud type of transaction and get...
