They are fraud... Maine mussoorie ke liye package book kia tha... Usme ho hotel ki pics thi wo fake thi... Or jab maone hotel me phone kr ke confirm kia to unhone muje room ki video send ki... Wo totally different thi... Package wale room se...
Jab maine iske liye inko bola to... Ye bole yahi milega ya amount increase kar do... Maine mana kar dia or apne refund ke liye bola... Ye bole email kar do refund ke liye maine kar dia...
Phle bole 7 din me aa jyga... Fir 15 din bola... Or ab 20 din ho chuke hai... Mai call kar kar ke thak gya par phone pick ni karta koi... Mai daily call krta hoon .. But koi response ni aaya abhi tak...

Plz plz ye sab fraud hain... Koi company ni hai ..

This company spoil our holiday.. they don't know how to behave their behaviour was very rough..and very much disappointed

The company is Fraud. even with full payment, these people do not pay full amount for hotel and cab. i filled 3000 extra out of my pocket. this is a very bad experience. These people will make your tour worse if you go to enjoy it.
GST is not mentioned while sending quotation. gst is required from you at the last minute of the tour.

We have booked a trip to Mysore and Ooty through the travells. They have given quotation for a 3 star hotel. The moment we enquired about their travels they contacted us regularly to book from their travels. Once we book, they didn't even bother to inform us about the hotel details or cab details even after asking several times. The day befor the trip, they called us and gave cab driver info and hotel details. The hotel they provided was not where a family could stay. It was the worst hotel and it costs 500 rupees to stay in that hotel.they have taken 5000 for that from us. When we have insisted them to change the hotel, they behaved very rudely and did not change the hotel. We could not stay in the hotel so eventually had to book another hotel on the fly. They did not give any refund for that. Have also promised to give few amenities like cake and failed to give. Do not book any tour with this travel agency. They just cheat on theirs customers by providing cheap hotels and services and don't even bother about the trip of their customers

I was on a trip of dehradoon and mausoori in november month, i booked a tt but on the picking date the tt was broke down so they send a small tt in which all o[censored]s could not sit properly so mr. Deepak told us to hired a another vehicle and they were going to paid to him. Refund is still on hold. I tried many times to call them but they are not receiving my call. Dhruv and the agent meenakshi is not receiving my calls nor replying to my massages.

I have booked three days trip for coorg in wishyourholiday tours and pakages they promised us one hotel after receiving 50%amoubt they booked very cheep hotel (Coorg stone valley) without informing us. The hotel is unhygenic and very worst hotel we visit. We inform them to change the hotel or cancel the booking but they said don't worry we ll take care of everything i[censored] feel any uncomfortable we ll change the hotel immediately. But it won't happen they said that there ll be complimentary food but it also not available. Finally we get disappointed with them if we called them they ll not attend the call it's very fraud and cheep company

Wishyourholiday representative zoya khan offer me mahabaleshwar deal and rate was finalize 9000 with mango valley view hotel only. She told we will provide same hotel also she has shared room photo also. Then asked for advanced. I had transfered 2000 on wishyourholiday bank account then they had changed hotel to cheap hotel. After that i request them to refund as rate was decided based on mango valley view hotel and now they providing cheap hotel or provide 2k taxi service. But nigher provided taxi service nor refund. Now they stop to giving reply and not pickup call.
