I placed an order of a lahenga of rs. 1799.00 on 7th may 2019 and with faith i did prepaid for the dress. The money is transferred from my bank account to payu (As the site payment process). But, neither there is any order placed nor any type of notification or messages i got for dispatching the order. I am so disappointed with this. Now i want my money back or refund.

Just before 5 days i ordered a lehenga choli.. Today i received the product 1800rs is the cost of the dress.. I had never seen a worst product like this in online shopping.. Colour material was very cheap.. A poor people also doesn't buy this product it was worst.. It may cost 300rs actually but they charged 1800... It was a loss for me.. I decided not to buy any dresses from online from now... Please guys don't buy any product it was not a genuine online website nd products... I request again don't trust this website

I had placed an order at www.womenstore.in and as the product quality was worst wanted to return it. As per their return policy the product can be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery. I have been trying to contact the store since past 3 days and there is no response from the site, no customer care/whatsapp/facebook is answering the phone/message/email. Its fake and fraud website. When i send the product details...

Sir/mam...myself yuvika bhatnagar has placed an order of lehanga from your concerned site womenstore...nd I have received the order a day before nd now I m not finding it suitable so want to return my order...I m trying to return my order since last 2 days...bt I am unable to contact this site as all the numbers are fake...a totally fake site...I want concerned authorities to look into the matter......
