We ordered a sofa set with teapoy. Despite specifying the color and insisting that it should have a wood grained look, the item delivered was of a different color. The teapoy had a board of plywood painted, and even the nail bumps were visible. The teapoy was chipped and scratched in several places when delivered. The look and finish was lacking. No option to return was there. We were promised that this would be fixed but this was not done despite trying to reach them several times. No value for the money paid. Highly disappointed with the experience!

I bought a l shaped sofa and cot
First delivery was late and cot came in wrong colour..I adjusted
Later within a month sofa upholstery is ripping and it's sagging
I tried calling owner, he only replies on whatsapp after a day asking for time but no action
The factory staff called and were rude and not willing to attend to complaint
It's over 10 days and I'm suffering
Sofa and cot cost was 1.80 lacs..this is ridiculous quality, just showpiece after spending so much

I ordered for recliner and paid full amount. 10 days was delivery period. But nothing happened and no one contacted me. After several follow up they deliverd after 20 days. And the recliner was in damaged condition. They dont pick calls. Still no one visited to repair it. They always give some excuses. Complete waste of money. And the product is also poor quality.

I have ordered sofa set at wood express, vadapalani chennai. Paid fully at the time of making order. The timeline for delivery was 10 days. I have ordered on 10th july. Till now the same was not delivered. No one is answering the calls promptly. If we go in person also they say it will be delivered in a day or two. They rather cancel the order also not talking about the refund also.
