Requesting you all not to purchase any kind of subscription from Work India,
I've purchased a plan for 14 days on 16th November 2023 from Work India.
We were not receiving suitable candidates as the leads that are provided by them are 60% bogus, where the contact number of candidates are not reachable and the one those are reachable are not interested in working as they applied randomly, we've mailed for the refund at [protected]@workindia.in...

Requesting you all not to purchase any kind of subscription from Work India,
I've purchased a plan for 14 days on 16th November 2023 from Work India.
We were not receiving suitable candidates as the leads that are provided by them are 60% bogus, where the contact number of candidates are not reachable and the one those are reachable are not interested in working as they applied randomly, we've mailed for the refund at [protected]@workindia.in and one of their cx executive called and they informed us that they are increasing our subscription for 2 days and doing some background boost so that we will receive the suitable candidates, still if we don't get it we will get a refund, so after the end of extended 2 days, the team is now making 3 different excuses by 1. We should have reach them within the subscription period hence they do not refund after the end of subscription (whereas in the refund policy it's clearly mentioned that we can request for refund within 45days)
2. As we've received 2 extended days we are not eligible for refund (no such information has been shared with us moreover nothing such is mentioned in refund policy as well as T&C's)
3. As they have given us 42 leads and we didn't get the candidate it is our fault not their. (Again No such terms mentioned in the tnc or refund policy)

As we're not getting a proper response and they are clearly denying to refund we need to write it here and we are also about to take a legal action as we have all the call recordings and screenshot for the same shared above.

Mr.Bharath from Work India was following up regarding my subscription once the payment was done no response or update from them and my plan is still not activated. They are not responding at all.

On 26th We paid Rs 3186 to WorkIndia for hiring employees
Immediately company stopped giving services. When I asked about service the employee MR Abhihek started shouting and said we will not get service plus we will not get refund back

We have escalated 30 mails but no mails from their end. We have send mails to compny MD Mr Jatin Jakharia too...

I am buying plan but meko only 28 days hi mile or database bhi nhi mila

Mene jab refund ka bola to 2 days me hi meko block kar diya or bola ki ap consultant ho or ab company phone bhi receive nhi karti or nahi email ka reply
