Serial publication published my research paper in the journal which is not under scopus indexed. They took money of rs. 8500 for paper publication. I presented paper through world academy of research in science and engineering (Warse) conference.
World academy of research in science and engineering given in their website that conference registration amount is rs. 10000 (Ten thousand). World academy of research in science and engineering given in their website that all papers will be pubished in scopus indexed journal. They told that serial publication not published the paper under scopus indexed.
Till now, wasre and serial publications are not taking responible and not worried about scopus indexed journal publications.

Warse conference conducted international conference on 6th march, 2017.in their website, they given all papers will be published in scopus indexed journal.
Till now, they never publish under scopus indexed journal. They took huge amount (Rs. 10, 000) as registration fee. Even for ieee conference, max. Amount is rs. 7000.
