Dear sir,
today i visit titan world show room alkapuri vadodara gujarat. I just say...

Such a disgusting experience ever had !!! staffs are with full of attitude and ego especially ladies staff, including owners !!! not even ready to handle the customer !!! no proper guidance !!! not ready to show more options under my range !!! very less options !!! third class environment !!! finally when asked for packed piece got very sweet reply... We got thousands of watches can't keep packed piece you will get display piece only if you wanna buy go ahead or else leave the store !!! finally i hot display piece. Worst experience ever had at titan world !!! will never visit again !!!

    I am a victim of the unclean act of such a reputed company known as titan. Sir it very painful to say that i as a normal citizen who thinks this company will help it's customers with any issue that they face with their product but it is very shameful to say that the shopkeeper as well as the workers at the service center are misbehaved . When I am go to exchange my wrist watch but they denied for exchange. I am feeling very helpless and writing this is my only hope to mend my watch. I hope necessary actions will be taken.

        I am a victim of the unclean act of such a reputed company known as titan. Sir it very painful to say that i as a normal citizen who thinks this company will help it's customers with any issue that they face with their product but it is very shameful to say that the shopkeeper as well as the workers at the service center are fooling me. They are not mending my watch in a proper way. After repeated visits to the care center i get the answer that the watch will work this time but as soon as i bring it home it starts misbehaving. I am feeling very helpless and writing this is my only hope to mend my watch. I hope necessary actions will be taken.

          I went to the world of titan showroom to change the battery of my tommy hilfiger watch, while sealing the back of the watch the employee broke the magnifying glass. They said that they would take responsibility and ordered the magnifying glass with my name it was on 7.02.2016
          It been 4 months still no reply from them, whenever i approach them they say some reason to avoid me, i have the bill of the changed battery and written proof of the statement that they are held responsible for the magnifying glass. Please contact me by email so that i can send you the details of the watch and a photocopy of the bill.

            I have sent my wife titan watch 2417 YAA to titan showroom 56 dukan, indore for pin of watch belt, from last 1.5 month the person are fooling me just for not availability of that pin which costs something 50/ i don, t understand why the spare is not available by company.
            He stated me that he needs more time to resolve the matter. You are kindly requested to resovle my concern.

              I took my mother to the World of Titan showroom at Kukatpally because she wanted a wrist watch with a dial that clearly showed the hours. She has a narrow wrist and asked the shop attendants for a watch with a narrow strap. Instead of finding what she wanted they repeatedly advised her to take something she clearly did not want. The shop attendants were totally disinterested and unhelpful and acted as if they were doing us a favour. They need appropriate training to provide a better standard of customer service.

                Using abuse words on customer,the customer care and head of the department also not taking any action.Aready my friend registered about this behavior of their executives but they doesnt contacted him,then my friend send mail to help desk their also no action so please help my friend prevent this type of persons from the consumer friendly organization

                World of Titan — behaviour of manager with customers

                we have purchased a watch in world of titan at hyderabad in vanasthalipuram branch.even though the appearance of scratches were present before we purchased we asked him for the replacement he agreed for the first time and gave over a time duration for three days.now after 4 days we have phoned him now he is talking rudely that we have made the fault and also he didnt bring the another one too.is this is the way of manager who talks to the customer?

                  On april 14 i have given my watch to service to change the broken glass on watch they given me the due date on april 21st when i went on that day need a week to repair after week i went their they said it was in progress we will call you when it was repaired yesterday night i went and asked my watch they said we cant ready your watch but we have a choice we can provide a new watch worth of 1100 but my watch was 2000 they said the 900 was reduced due to usage of you.then i replied i dont need your offer i just need my watch get ready my watch i said then they used abuse words on just accept our offer or else we tare our bill and say you doesn't given any watch we simply close the watch matter please help me guys de0enpding only you need help please

                    I bought a fastrack watch in TNagar world of Titan on 11/12/2011. Battery warranty period was 1 year. Exactly after 1 year battery was dead. I didnt expect titan's product to be this much worst. Anyway, instead of bothering much i went to World of Titan, Madipakkam for service. Battery was changed 2 months back and not even 2 weeks, battery got dead again.

                    Such a poor battery / Service from Titan?? whats the value for the brand. Even if i would have changed the battery somewhere outside, it might have come for a year. This not even for a month.

                      I would like to share the views of mine where exactly the World of Titan Stands...!

                      Being a Member of this Scheme is makes me really furstated.

                      When ever I purchase a watch form the authorised world of titan they will add the points into our member ship and the same can be redeemed towards the next purchase or when required.
                      Its the responsibility of Titan dealership to updated the points with their database.
                      The worst area of function is this, they never update the points in their database.
                      End of the day customer is the looser...
                      Last June 2008, I made a complaint with customer service and they said its their mistake and they will rectify it from their end. That time also im the looser that I couldnt redeem the points for that particular purchase.

                      Recently I again faced the same kind of problem with Titan, This time also they gave the same reason that mistake is happened at their end. So why should the customer face the issue and why should the customer be looser...

                      I wanted the world to know where the world of titan stand in the WORLD...!

                      I have purchased four Nebula watches and the the signet card message is coming on my mobile no. [protected]but so far I, have not received the card hence the benefit of signet bonus has not been passed to me yesterday I have purchased fourth Nebula warch.

                      We have purchased a few watches from the authorised ceter. Yes, our sentiments are the same. The counter person will insist that these points be added and used in the next purchase.

                      The database is not updated for months and even after months of chasing.

                      I feel TATA's are taking the consumer for a ride. Compare this to JET wherein your miles are added without any interference and you can update even if you had not registered the number at the time of purchase of ticket.

                      Perhaps, TATA is way behind in customer case. They have had the comfort of monopolized market and, they just dont care.

                      Why do Titan give this card if its of no use?

                      I am a member since 4 years, I have purchase lot of watches to my friends, relatives and offical use also. To my surprise the points have never been updated in my card, when I went to purchase a pair of watch set to my family the card had only 500 points in it.

                      This is the status of Titan Signet member, I only request you to look in to the issue of general public in a better view and reslove them in the benift of customers.

                      I have also faced the same issue. I had purchased 2 wrist watches but their points have not been added to my card. The TITAN showroom, from where I had purchased those watches, sales man is saying that they will add but they are not. I emailed to TITAN customer care but they are asking the scanned invoice. What the bull is this. Who is having this much of time to scan and then send the invoice to them. They can check the entries in my card too...
