I have been scammed for 80000Rs by World Turio, I have also raised a complaint in Manikapur Police station but not getting any ans by them. Please somebody help me to get my money back.
The whole senerio is as such
1st we fill our details for lucky draw near BigBazaar then we got a call from World Turio saying our name has been selected for lucky draw so kindly come and collect your reward then when we went there they showed us that we can have a trip of 6N 7D of package for 6years and we can pay 80000Rs through EMI so we paid through RBL bank credit card so we did it. And ask them to make it an EMI for 3 yrs which was of 2222/- but they were unable to do so after several follow ups so we went to police station and bcos of that they ready to repay us the whole amount after 45 days, and gave signed and revert on mail as well (by their costumer care mail ID) but after 45 days when we went there the company was sealed so we went to complain manikapur police station it has been more than 2 months we didn't got any revert from police as well. So kindly help us to get my money back.

Yesterday i visited world tourio vasai branch office found locked and i come to know that it was shut down before one and half month earlier and complaints also lodge by world tourio customer who was cheated by them. Phone number which was mention on web site also not respondable. I also paid fifty thousand. Even they did not paid salary of three month to their employ.

They called us in the name of lucky draw coupon we went to their vasai west office for booking dine out they told us through mail or through customercare call now all the numbers are not working which are working nobody is picking. Please take legal action under section 420 against world tourio organization to get my money refund. Please take legal action immediately i will cooperate you to catch them red handed by going disguised as an couple for holiday offer of 6n and 7days.

I am a member of World tourio. This is my second year. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO OWN THIS MEMBERHIP. At the time of membership they said i would get refund of my interest amount but no revert since last 4 months for this year interest amount. Still staff is waiting for HO approval. In complimentary membership you will get below 3* hotel that too one need to pay. There is only one person who reply to all emails as per WT team, so one need to very patient for the booking. One should not be surprised if your date pass by but you dont booking. In peak season how can you expect to get good hotels if you made booking at last moment. i have missed my booking twice due to same reason. By the time you get reply, either train tickets goes in waitng or flight ticket fares rises. I cant plan my trip due to this. I need to first confirm trip booking then transportation. Sles person will not entertain once you take this member since he has got his incentives. You need to follow up so many times for your booking. no acknowledgment of the mails. There are only two contact number which mostly comes busy all the time or they dont answer your call. IT HAS BECOME A PAIN FOR ME NOW. TILL NOW I HAVE NOT UTILISED. I NEED MY REFUND. DONT PUT YOUR HARD EARN MONEY HERE.

We bought package from this tourist company and paid 15000 in advance. The company is now shut. We did not receive any service for the same. They are not receiving calls or answered any emails ever. They are a fraud company. The signed the agreement on stamp paper as well. Now they are no where to be found.

This is a fraud company.
They will make you a member but after that no one is bother to understand your requirements. You will die chasing and they will say that this is the response they got from head office. Customer support is pathetic, they will switch on the mobile phones around 1200 hrs and switch off after 1900 hrs, so before and after that no one will be available to assist you. There is no escalation matrix and point of contact to hear your voice.
I will be raising a case in consumer court for sure.

Vasai west branch offer lots of promised but not completed.
They promised fraud and faulse promised.
After the paying the full payment at time of salling the membership.
Now they are asking me to pay aprx 22000 more to avail the bookings and all benefit.

They are misleading & misrepresenting right from the word go. I became a member of world tourio on 6 jan 19 and till date (19 march 19) they didn't full fill any of their commitment. They have their trained staff to lie like anything. I have visited their office at vasai more than 5 times and every time i hear the same answer that we are awaiting reply from our head office. I have written detailed mail to customer care explaining my issues but nobody response to my mail

I stay in vasai east, and in carnival dream mall they were taking name and number for lucky draw by world tourio, so just for fun i put my name to see what they actually do. I never expected, but after a week i got call from a lady name usha, and they told me i am luck winner, and i have got prize, gift voucher and holiday trip for 2 or 3 days, and they told me to come has couple, at certain time at certain placewelcome..

World tourio is fake company and do fraud with many people .they not provide all facilities what they told us .we want money back as they can not provide facilities and not given proper answer by customer care also.they close their office in Surat.
They told us to give 6 years membership with 5 star hotels and pick up drop.

Till date above facilities not provided by company and now give excuse and refuse to give.they all are fraud.

They are frauds, they don't own a single property, beware of such cheaters, they are presenting good hopes but they are just doing cheating even there free gifts are chargeable, promises are meant to be broken is there policy, shame on working staff of world tourio, just giving imagination of such benefits which is just imagination, beleive me they are bunch of crooks.. So pls guys beware of such scamstars.. And i think there dadar office is also on rent and they will disappear as there target of cheating people is achieved

They are misleading & misrepresenting right from the word go.
We were promised amazing gifts absolutely free and no money to be paid for anything at all. I was assured a free 2 nights 3 days stay inclusive of travel and food to the place of my choice on their list anywhere in india, further i was assured a 6 night /7 day stay at no additional cost anywhere from the list (I have to pay for my travel & food), i was told that there is no presentation of sorts and that i will just be explained how to use the gifts i visited their place at senapati bapat marg on the basis ofthese false promises & fell hard on our face from the word go.
We raised the issue with their team leader who advertised himself to us after great insistence and resistance from our end.
As expected he sounded as he was unaware of this misrepresentation and his consumer team would get back to me.
I had even filled out the form given to is registering this complaint.
Again absolutely as expected there has been no revert. The team leaders name was rajesh gupta.
These guys need to be taken to task and i think a complaint under sec 420 should be filed against them.
They are trying to use the excuse of telemarketers. Are the ones who call you and we don't know how something so wrong was promised. On this comment i told them that they have a recording of what their people have promised us and that they should hear it. But just to get us out of there they said they will get bk to us, i did receive their vouchers which are self explanatory of the charges that shall be levied and when questioned all they did was pointed out to us that it is mentioned on the vouchers which was very different from what we were promised on the phone. When I visited the staff was amol April and pratima both are froud, amol restricted because misguided to clients and hide some conditions, and pratima block my number when I demand my refund ..

very bad experience from day one.wrong high expectations dreams given on presentation day by sales represetative & are not committed when availed the tours, extra amount to be paid during tour selections.

I am only interested to buy property Which is the property they show in boiser are in the forest and property is not legal when I ask to cancel my membership and refund my money 400000 lac rupees they don't want to give refund and talking to many ### story And today they speak to me it's your choice to go in the court and take refund from the court this senoriyo happened in just 2 days time 100% froud company

It is a Fraud Company. When you go to collect your coupon, They ask you to sit for 45 min session & only after that u will get coupon. Then when you sit, they show you all 5 star property pictures & lure you to take membership.
Whenever i askedfor booking for 5star hotel as they had shown ; they said the hotel is not available & gave me 1 or 2 star hotels. Also I had to pay taxes of 1300 per day above membership fee for each night booking (which hotels i checked their cost was also same on Goibibo/yatra/booking.com etc) So they were cheating by taking money but tried to show they r not taking extra money.
HORRIBLE/PATHETIC customer service. They are rude & worst.
They didnt give me my money back inspite of non stop follow ups & complaining.
I had decided to go to Police, that time they gave me my money.
